We travelled with our two young children both under 5 years of age and the staff were attentive and helpful from the bar and pool staff to the restaurant and games room staff. "Too many stairs to my room. I had to leave my luggage in my car. The remote for the air conditioner probably needed new batteries. I sent a text and they did not respond. The room was pretty warm that day. On the plus side, my room had a beautiful balcomy and a very nice view of the sea! "

"Rooms clean and comfortable. Get a balcony room if you can. Location is perfect close to the beach and the town. Short walk to both. Breakfast is included and good selection. Dinner is ok but would suggest eating out locally instead. Spa is nice and massage was good, although treatment not exactly as described on the menu. If WiFi is important to you. This hotel has it down to an art. It seamlessly keeps you connected throughout the property. Pool area clean and towels available (Sept) "
