"The ensuite room was clean and cosy with a lovely view of the garden. Breakfast was delicious and healthy, made fresh each day. When we requested dinner, this was also delicious and at a good price.The location was close some lovely towns and only 2.5hrs from Sofia. Wifi had good connectivity. The hosts were very friendly, had lots of suggestions for places to see and where to eat. They catered to us perfectly. Looking forward to coming again. "

"Hotel admin forced us to pay additional fee stating that the price on the Expedia was wrong. Part of the pool was closed. The other part is offered for additional fee. The room bathroom was overflowed with water from the shower. There is not air-conditioner in the room."

"The strange think is that they didn't keep for us a room! They forgot about our reservation and putted us in a private apartment, in the town, very dirty, no sheets and towels. During the evening the owner of the apartment knocked at the door, he didn't knew about us...it was a big luck that he was spoking English. It was for the first time using Hotels.com but the last one! "
