"One of the best villas we have stayed in. Beautifully presented, furnished and equipped. The location is superb being within 2 minutes, literally, of a selection of good Tavernas. The beach and town square are an easy, level, five minute stroll. The harbour side, with another excellent selection of Tavernas is five minutes in the opposite direction. "Geweldige week gehad, ons 50 jarig huwlijk hier gevierd met kinderen en kleinkinderen. Ontvangst door Rozana was fijn, gebruik gemaakt van haar service om voor de eerste dag ontbijt en lunch benodigdheden voor ons in te kopen, echt top. Verder een prachtige villa met alles op en er aan, en echt voor 16 personen geschikt. Rozana nogmaal bedankt!!"

With all the flowers aroma, breeze, and sun rise from the sea, this is heaven. You will never regret the journey to this villa. I would suggest you stay longer to recharge yourself. "The villa is located on the hill not far from the village (Makrigialos) though nicely secluded and with complete privacy. The view is spectacular! The setup of the pool was much appreciated, especially by the teenagers. Illias helped us wherever possible and was very flexible with our check out time."

"The villa had everything needed for a wonderful holiday for our party of 10 people, age range 10 years to 70 years. The location is superb, set in the hills above Elounda with the most amazing views of the town in the distance, the island of Spinalonga, the turquoise sea and the mountains. The BBQ area was its own little resort with a sink and prep area as well as a jacuzzi , hammock and beautiful garden. All doors and windows had fully fitted insect nets and the AC was excellent. "This is a gorgeous apartment with great views. The pictures are very accurate. Very close to the beach. Very comfortable and well appointed and the staff were helpful and accommodating. Few ants in the kitchen but they were actively working on it and I'm sure it will be aleviated in no time. Has some cool features like a retractable skylight in the downstairs bedroom and great mood lighting options. I would stay here again."

We loved the view, the pool, the friendliness and responsiveness of the host, the usefulness of everything in the house. "A lovely place, situated conveniently close to beaches, various restaurants, local shops and a 'mini'market'. Free parking is available uncovered or covered. None of the properties around the 20m x 10m pool look at each other, increasing your privacy. The only downside was the management dealing with problems etc. We advised them that the TV was not working. They said that that they would arrange for an engineer to come out, but nobody came."

Loved the location of our villa which had spectacular views to the sea. The pool was a welcome relief to the hot sun. The owners are lovely and make sure you have everything you need. "Property seems very kid friendly, which is nice, but as we did not bring our children this trip, it was loud and overwhelming with kids running all over. Often difficult to get spots at the pool as well. We almost decided to go next door to the Nana Princess instead. Food was pretty good. Facilities have plumbing issues given the smells in the bathroom. Was not pleasant. Good value but not luxury. Live and learn"
