"The check in details are wrong. We followed the information and went to address for check in. It was different address Then the property, the girl there didn’t speak good English and booked us another room even if we explained to here that we have booked a different location. Then finally she point us to the right place approximately 7km away (same owner) At the other place the girl was speaking good english and everything was ok, except for the wellness. We paid extra to use the wellness...

"In the countryside, a quiet charming place in the forest, but close to the village. Brand new cosy rooms with a restaurant. Its was low season with short work times, but they did their possible for the service. Un endroit charmant dans la forêt, mais proche du village. Hotel comme neuf, et chambre cosy. C'était en basse saison, donc, horaires réduits pour la restauration, mais ils ont fait de leur mieux pour le service."

Room 402 for the win!

"I was recommended to visit Uherské Hradiště and to stay at Hotel Mlýnská by a friend, upon checking in and getting to my room (402 - single room), it was the room my friend hoped i would get as its his favourite room to stay in! The room was spacious, light and airy and had direct access to the roof terrace (you can also access it from the sun lounge on floor 4), so I felt really spoilt! The staff were all friendly and spoke excellent English, and the selection at breakfast was plentiful, the bed was super comfy and bonus points for there being a fleecy blanket in the room! Found myself wrapping it around me and wandering out onto the terrace when my insomnia kicked in! I would definitely stay here again!"
