"Great hotel. The property is full of olive and kiwi trees. Staff were very welcoming, bringing us welcome drinks, snacks and fresh off the tree fruit. This hotel is on the outskirts but still very walkable to the old town. "

The owner/manager doesn't live on premises or keep the office open, and we had to call the posted number to check in and arrange for checkout. The location was good for us, offering access to several places we wanted to go, since we had a car, but there are few services in town. "

"The villa was presented spotlessly clean, and everything has been thought of to make the stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the living area is comfortable, modern and more spacious than the photos suggest. The pool area is immaculate and the paving around the pool didn't get hot, even on very hot days, so you can walk around comfortably in bare feet. "I can’t say this enough, the service at this hotel is top of the line. We had an issue with our room upon check in and the team at the hotel checked on us multiple times to ensure that everything was ok. They truly showed understanding and compassion throughout our stay. The amenities provided at Grand Park are the best I’ve seen in Croatia and would highly recommend. The view into the city of Rovinj is also incredible. The one item that I would suggest as an improvement is that it is clear the hotel is seeing some wear and tear that comes with its usage. Things like scuffs on hallways and dirt in certain parts of the hotel. This is my second time staying here and will definitely be coming back."

"We enjoyed our 3 nt stay at this complex . The beach our front was perfect for a swim & close to a couple of nice restaurants incl the hotels own which had a delicious & large Bkfst buffet.. Room was clean with a pool / ocean view was perfect !! Front desk staff were friendly & helpful with recs for the srea . "
