"This is a great apartment overlooking the marina and it is even better than in the pictures. We stayed for a week and loved every minute of it. We spent a lot of time on the balcony and it is wonderful to have breakfast or a coffee and look at the yachts. I can totally recommend the apartment. You can walk to Greifswald centre in 10 minutes and if you want to go to the beach, Eldena is just outside town and the longer Lubmin beach is only 15 km away. "Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub bei Familie Laack. Sowohl die Außenanlange als auch die Ferienwohnung waren sehr liebevoll gepflegt und eingerichtet. Für den alltäglichen Bedarf hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Es gab zwei PKW Stellplätze, was von Vorteil ist, wenn man mit zwei Autos anreist. Die Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend und zugleich zurückhaltend. Wir haben sie kaum bemerkt. Wir können die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen."

"Wir waren zwar nur drei Nächte dort, aber die Wohnung war super. Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsenen und einem Kind dort. Es war sehr sauber, modern, ruhig und man konnte sogar draußen sitzen. Ferdinandshof ist zwar etwas entfernt vom Strand, aber der Ort hat ein super Eiscafé, Bäckerei und Supermarkt. Alles war sehr gut."

"Super schick und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht, vor allem das Bad ist der Hammer. Die Vermieter Susi und Kai sind sehr sympathisch und hatten für jedes Anliegen ein offenes Ohr. Wenn man ein Ort sucht, um auszuspannen ist man hier richtig. In der Nähe liegt Anklam mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Usedom ist 15 Autominuten entfernt. Ich habe mich super wohl gefühlt und komme auf jeden Fall wieder."

"Die Wohnung ist größer als erwartet, besonders die Küche bot viel Platz. Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich in einer schönen, ruhigen Siedlung am Stadtrand. Wir konnten von dort aus schöne Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen. Der Gastgeber, Stefan, ist sehr freundlich."

"Wir haben uns in dem Zimmer nicht wohl gefühlt. Es fühlte sich wie Stalking an seitens der Vermieter. eine Teeküche wurde im Netz mit eingeschrieben, aber die Schalter vom Herd wurden angeschraubt, sodass man sich nicht mal Kartoffeln oder Nudeln kochen konnte. Die Räume waren extrem dunkel, sodass wir uns noch eine zusätzliche Lampe organisieren mussten, um schreiben oder lesen zu können. So eine schlechte Unterkunft haben wir noch nicht erlebt und werden sie keinesfalls weiter empfehlen"

"Wir haben eine gut ausgestattete und angemessen große Wohnung vorgefunden. Ein Blumenstrauß, ein Honigglas und Getränke standen zur Begrüßung bereit. Die Lage war traumhaft, womit wir die Ruhe, die Weite und die Nähe zu einer noch intakten Natur meinen. Die täglichen Kranichrufe waren Musik in unseren Ohren. Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass in dem FeWo-Inserat ein Haus im Garten gezeigt wurde, in dem wir dann aber nicht wohnten. Viele Spinnen in der Wohnung sollten nicht sein. Ansonsten aber ein...

"Die Wohnung war wie im Inserat beschrieben und die Vermieter sehr freundlich. Das Kinderzimmer ist zwischenzeitlich sogar noch etwas aufgepeppt worden und es ist jede Menge Spielzeug vorhanden, sehr zur Freude unserer Zwillinge 😊. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, man hat aber trotzdem nur kurze Wege nach Usedom oder Greifswald. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen 👍."

"Eine außergewöhnlich tolle Unterkunft mit ganz viel Ausblick in einer sehr ruhigen und naturnahen Gegend. Wir konnten uns wunderbar erholen. Ausflüge mit dem Rad , der Bahn oder dem Kanu haben uns zu wunderschönen Plätzen und Erlebnissen gebracht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und am Wohlergehen der Urlauber sehr interessiert. "Wohnung in sehr guter Lage, modern und hochwertig eingerichtet mit durchdachter Ausstattung. Greifswald und Umgebung sind schön, man kann viel unternehmen. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Der Abfluss in der Dusche war stark verstopft. Wir haben ihn selbst gereinigt, was ziemlich unappetitlich war. "
