"Book a luxury room with sofa bed for family. On arriving the AC doesn't working and in the room was 30°, imagine that with two small children after 5 hours travelling. Fast reaction from the reception to resolving the problem, they change our room with better, but the TV doesn't working almost on every channel. In fact the staff was very hopefully and the breakfast was great, the poll too. And last the SPA was amazing with Ice cave "

"Wonderful hotel! You don’t need to leave the hotel to engage with the antiquities of Plovdiv. Professionally preserved and interpreted the Roman baths in the basement were such a plus for this place. Centrally located between the ancient theatre and stadium, access is easy and you don’t need a car. Hospitality was exceptional! Rooms are large and clean. Breakfast is an A+. "

"The lady on reception during my stay was more than helpful. She behaved like a friend and made me feel very comfortable and at home. Nothing was too much trouble and she took an interest in my activities and helped me overcome one potentially annoying problem. The location is brilliant, the room very comfortable: A kitchen, washing machine and plenty of space. The only issue would have been parking but I was on public transport so not an issue for me."

"Very clean hotel and I meant spotless.Very central location.Very polite and helpful staff. Good size tv, air conditioning and comfy good size bed. Clean and good size bathroom as well.We stayed for two nights and actually we liked so much so we booked one more night before luving the country. Highly recommended as it is very good value for money we paid."
