Единственото неприятно нещо беше не от хотела а от съсесдния ресторант. Музуката е много висока и до 2 ч сутринта монтираният бокс на стената им гърмеше. Рецепцията на хотела всяка вечер викаха полиция. Ако този проблем се реши всичко ще бъде прекрасно."

"Velingrand: A quiet town that offers nothing besides some taverns/restaurants and small shops.Dont visit if you are looking to have fun. NOT recommended for young people! Hotel: Generally a nice hotel. Staff is professional. However indoor SPA pools are outdated and need to be modernized. Also, there arent many activities to do; They could at least arrange for a walk in the park or music events. Dont go there if you are too active.Go there to isolate from everything"

"This hotel has everything, t they have thought of every single detail from baby food in the restaurant, robes for children and adults, to kids indoor play area supervised 9am to 10pm... and you can leave your child while having breakfast or dinner. Very well organized, great pools and food, walking to trails in the forest. My kids didn't want to leave"

"This hotel was amazing in every way possible. The location is quite private and keeps the area quiet and peaceful at night. As someone who drove, it was great that I could reserve parking ahead of time. It’s about a 3 minute walk from the amphitheater and 10 from Kapana. The staff were very professional and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The room was very comfortable and aesthetically nice. The bathroom was clean and WiFi worked perfectly. Having jet lag we went for a late night stroll...

"The hotel is amazing. Breakfast is outstanding (everything fresh and tasty). The only small problem is related to the parking: it is not clear to me how can I reserve a place (after 7 hours drive from my home town I would like to be sure that I have a place reserved 100%). "

"Small room and quite dark. The bed was OK. The shower was not at all isolated from the bathroom. I had to carry the luggage upstairs. The receptionist was friendly and forthcoming with information. Exceptional location: just 1/2 km upstream from the Trigrad cave. There is a small but interesting educational medicinal plant just opposite the hotel; outstanding for children"
