"Vacances en famille, 2 couples et 4 enfants pendant 2 semaines pendant l'été. Beaucoup de balades dans les environs. Par contre, peu de commerces et ils sont chers, donc il vaut mieux emporter un maximum. Le seul point noir a été un WIFI très instable. "

"Locatoin: good, close to the ski slope, 300 m, and is possible to use the skibus also. Very good chalet, everything is great, 2 shower, 3 toilets, living room, satellite tv, etc. Only one complain, we we’re not informed how to use the ski room. On the other hand the parking place is under the main building which is convenient after snowing 😊"

"Excellent lodge with all the amenities you could require. Beautiful, quiet location with stunning views which made for a very pleasant morning coffee. Comfortably furnished which made the time inside relaxing and plenty of games and DVDs to entertain children and adults alike. Deborah was an great host and made the booking process swift and easy. "A great stay in a beautiful property with amazing views. Property manager was excellent and really helpful in sorting any issues. The area around Kolbnitz is very beautiful with lots of cycling and walking options. Thoroughly recommend exploring the lakes of Millstatter and Weissen."

"The Chalet was perfect for 2 adults, well equipped and the added bonus of the sauna was very welcome. It is a 10-15 min walk uphill to the resort, where unfortunately due to the time of year there was quite a bit of building work going on. The area is fabulous for hiking. Communication with the owner and house keeper was good. The road to the property is more of a track, which needs to be approached with care. Overall, a fabulous week away."
