The 59 m² 2-room apartment with its own terrace and a small balcony is located on the 1st floor in a newly renovated old building from the beginning of 1900, which combines the charm of the old with the comfort of the new. It is 100 meters from Krefeld Main Station. Big city life with all its facets pulsates here. The apartment is ideal for up to 4 people and is characterized by its central location and high-quality furnishings.

SELF CHECK IN
Access to the house and apartment is via electronic locks that can be opened with a code.

The condition for access to the apartment is that our online check-in is completed before check-in and you have uploaded a photo of your ID card to us in advance for verification. The access codes can only be sent after completing the online check-in.
EARLY CHECK IN & LATE CHECK OUT
Depending on availability, you are welcome to book a late check-out or early check-in for an additional charge.
Please note that your request for a late check-out can only be considered no later than 9:00 p.m. the day before your departure.
IMPORTANT: Before check-in, a registration form must be completed online and a photo of your identity card must be uploaded.
A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
1. early check-in or late check-out is possible for a fee, subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleanings are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.
2. guests are not allowed to make reservations within their place of residence at APARTVIEW. Please contact us if you wish to book in your own residence.
3. smoking in the apartment or building, parties and excessive noise are not allowed, not even on balconies or in common areas (e.g. corridors). Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of €150 plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repair.
4. commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
5. guests exceeding the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. We charge 30€ per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest.
6. animals are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with assistance animals are requested to contact us prior to their stay.
7. guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls or parking passes. If keys are lost, the guest is obliged to inform us immediately.
8. noise level measurement systems may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive noise levels. Video surveillance may be installed in public areas.
9. out of consideration for other residents, care must be taken to ensure that conversations in the stairwell are conducted at an appropriate volume.
10. guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service. Taking items is prohibited and will be prosecuted.
11. it is not permitted to remove items such as chairs, crockery or similar from the apartments. Not even if several apartments are booked.
12. it is not permitted to move, dismantle or disassemble furniture such as couches or beds.
13. the booking of a reservation is accompanied by the agreement to comply with the house rules. Guests who do not comply with the house rules are liable for any resulting damages, charges, costs or expenses. Failure to comply may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction of the apartment without refund.
14. the night's rest is from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
15. for your safety, we ask you to close the doors and windows before leaving the house.
16. the apartment doors must always be kept closed.
17. it is important to us to make our contribution to the environment. Please observe the waste separation and we ask the guest to turn off the lights, heating and electrical appliances when they are not in use.
18. put the key back in the key box after check-out.
19. emergency operations: Should an emergency occur for which a guest is responsible, e.g. a guest has lost their key or left it in the apartment and no longer has access to the rented apartment, it is possible to activate the security service contracted by APARTVIEW APARTMENTS, which can provide the guest with 24/7 access to the apartment. The costs of the security service associated with this intervention will be passed on to the guest.
20. in the event of disturbances of the peace or violations of the house rules, we reserve the right to commission our security service and to make use of our domiciliary rights.
21. guests are obliged to fill out the check-in form completely and truthfully before entering the apartment. A photo of the passport or identity card is required to verify the data and must be uploaded to the online check-in form. The guest will EXPRESSLY only be granted access to the apartment if the online check-in process has been completed in full, correctly and confirmed. The access codes will only be sent after the online check-in has been completed. The provider reserves the right to cancel the booking if the information provided is not correct. In this case, guests are liable for all resulting costs, expenses and cancellation fees.
