"The staff were very helpful, especially when a purse was left in an uber car. The hotel is well suited for exploring Zagreb on foot. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. There is an underground shopping complex right next door to the hotel where you can purchase anything you might have forgotten. Very impressive Hotel."

"Forced to book a last minute hotel in Zagreb, and quickly booked one of the first cost-effective hotels. This hotel was incredible! The staff were so friendly and the rooms were clean. Breakfast included and the hotel had a restaurant that was pretty good! I have stayed at 5-Star hotels around the world, and this hotel absolutely hits that mark with their staff service. Well done!"
