"The saying "do not judge a book by its cover" perfectly applies to this property. It is a hidden gem..... the BTS station is just a stone's throw away and 4 stations away to Asok - my favorite place to hang out. I love this place and I will definitely come back. "

"I had a lovely stay with my family at Sukhumvit 20. Sukhumvit 20 guest house is owned by a very nice Indian family. They are so hospitable and sweet. They run a small Thai restaurant just down the accomodation. It was so convenient to grab anything you want from 7 Eleven that is located just opposite the guest house. "This is a very basic hotel. But it is safe, clean, and comfortable. I had an inside, ensuite double room, which i think is probably much quieter than the rooms with windows, as they face the busy street and traffic. Breakfast is basic toast, cereal, and coffee/tea, served on the rooftop. Only drawback is there is no elevator. So, this is not the place for those with mobility issues. The staff was excellent -- friendly, helpful, and kind. Hotel is close to Pahurat Market, Sampeng Lane, China...

"The staff is very courteous, always puts a smile on their faces and anticipates our needs. They let us feel comfortable at all times. Always ask how we are and if we need annything else. Everyday , our room is cleaned and they changed our daily hygiene needs. Prepares for us fresh meals for breakfast. The place is so quiet and clean with a very good ambience which we need so badly. We feel safe and secure. The place is close to tourist attractions. "

"There's a ferry pier nearby. I love the area around this place. The park-like place in front is nice and quiet. It isn't crowded like in siam area. Both MRT and Bus station ares across the river and only five minutes away if you walk. There aren't many restaurants nearby. You gotta walk around 10 mins to chinatown for food. "We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The rooms, beds, space, and property are much smaller than portrayed in photos. The photos during booking give a sense of space and common areas like a roof top lounge; however, once you get there you realize it’s more like an apartment and you only have access to your small unit.
