"Everything was fantastic. Andy is very fast and helpful in responses to my queries. He arranged a perfect mini bus taxi from BKK to his wonderful condo. The condo fully meet all our expectations. The site is very peaceful, with close access to an excellent pool and a little nice beach within 10 minutes walk. We fully recommend this place."

"TubTim is a property that never disappoints! It is wonderfully relaxing, on a quiet, warm-water bay, with super helpful and friendly staff, and a wide variety of dining options. It is an easy walk down the beach to excellent dining options and local nightlife. It is out "go to" place when traveling to Koh Samet! "

Perfect chill

"Was exactly as the guide and the photos portrayed. Not a lot to do outside of the hotel grounds but the hotel itself was excellen. The Fishbar was a little expensive but the food was really nice. Would thoroughly recommend for a relaxing break "

"Beautiful view from our room! Property has seen better days but loved our room at a very reasonable rate. The only thing was the gym which was poor and hardly any working machines. Pool was nice and staff are professional and accommodating. Except for gym l rate it 4 out of 5 stars "
