Views from this fantastic Ocean Front villa begin the moment you walk through the landscaped garden and in the front door - gazing through the bright decor of the living room, out through the comfortable and inviting lanai and over the refreshing swimming pool directly to the magnificent Caribbean Sea. The deck is a welcoming refuge with lounge chairs, hammock, palm trees and, in the evenings, glorious sunsets over the water. Your breath and your worries will be taken away!

Kas LaMar has 3 Bedrooms (all with AC) 2 full Baths and will sleep up to 6 guests in the lap of luxury!

The attention to detail is unsurpassed, from the fully equipped gourmet European Kitchen to the private Dive Gear station with rinse tanks, hanging rod and outdoor shower..

Kas LaMar sits right in front of the Andrea 1 Dive Site, which is also one of the best snorkel sites on the island.

This VRBO had everything we wanted at a VRBO. It was a short drive from town. It was in a quiet subdivision. We were only steps from some of the islands best snorkle areas. It had great views and it was clean and spacious. Easy chevj in and check out process.

Perfect location in front of Andrea 1 site, beautiful view, quiet neighbors, everything we needed as far as kitchen items. A lovely house inside and out. Larry and Marie were really nice, and I'm sure they would be really responsive if anything went wrong, but nothing did. Just great, didn't want to leave.

Wonderful Vacation in Bonaire
Wonderful location, so comfortable for two couples. The ac in the living room and bedrooms was such a delight in August. The snorkeling in front of the villa was beautiful. We will definitely come back. We were even allowed to stay a few extra hours after checkout which was so helpful.

Bonaire's Best
We had a great stay at Kas LaMar. As two couples who have traveled many times to the Caribbean, we found this place perfect in every way. The location was so scenic, and right on the best snorkel beach on Bonaire. The neighborhood is quiet, the outside areas very relaxing, yet it's close to town for shopping and dining. The owners were very responsive to our questions and provided lots of details to help us plan our stay. Marie, the manager for the property, met us at the airport, got us settled in the villa, helped us several times when we had questions, and generally ensured we had a wonderful stay. She is amazing! Thanks to all of you for making our vacation one of the best ever.

The views of the water are so peaceful. After mornings of diving, we would lounge by the salt water pool and relax/ read. The house is fully equipped for cooking, coolers/ ice packs for sightseeing, very comfy beds, good air conditioner and ceiling fans, lovely bathrooms. The property manager had excellent communication and follow through.

Perfectly maintained phenomenal home
This is the most impressive VRBO we have ever stayed in. Impeccably maintained and managed. We’ll located in quiet neighborhood overlooking great snorkeling beach. House is equipped with everything you need and everything is clean and works. There is even a great outdoor breezeway equipped with a cleaning station for dive equipment. The pool is private and so peaceful you won’t want to leave. The local manager Marie met us at airport, oriented us to house and island and even took us shopping.

Another wonderful stay
We just completed our third, two-week stay at Kas LaMar. We are two couples who love the unsurpassed shore diving on Bonaire. The owner is very helpful and quick to respond to questions; the property manager Marie is responsible and conscientious about taking care of guests and the property. No issue is too insignificant for her to address. The villa's amazing ocean view, the beautiful pool and patio area, and its excellent location just north of town and dive resorts keep us coming back.

Divers paradise
We have no complaints about the cleanliness and all the amenities with the property. If it had air conditioning in the main living area it would be five star. As Americans cooking in the evenings it was very warm, however that doesn’t diminish the wonderful experience at #8!!!! We feel bad about complaining about the air as again it was an awesome place!!!

Extraordinary
Accurately listed. My wife and I stayed here for two weeks and found this house to be a very clean and well outfitted home. The kitchen has all the utensils, cookware & bowls, you’ll ever need. Plenty of plates and glasses. A really nice saltwater pool which is lighted at night. The house’s location is good for getting anywhere on the island. It is a little cumbersome manipulating all the keys but this is a very good rental from all aspects.

Had a wonderful time at Crown Ridge. Great house and location. Really appreciated the responsiveness of the owner Lawrence and the manager Marie. We had a minor issue with the landline. Lawrence and Marie fixed it immediately and made themselves totally available for any other questions or needs. Very gracious and supportive. Marie was wonderful and extremely helpful with the check in and check out process. Highly recommend.

Our trip started out with AA having mechanical issues so we missed our connecting flight and arrived 2 days late, but Larry and Marie went out of their way to make things go smoothly once we finally got there. The property was exactly as advertised. Beautiful villa, wonderful pool, fantastic views (6th trip to Bonaire saw the green flash 1st night for the 1st time ever). Very easy access to snorkeling right off the property. Villa was well appointed so no scrambling for basics. I recommend it highly. Nice having the grill handy for those nights we ate in. Peaceful retreat!
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Crown Ridge. The view from the villa was beautiful and the neighborhood was very quiet. The pool was nice to cool off and relax in while watching the sail boats in the distance. We really enjoyed the convenience of two wash tanks to clean our scuba gear and the outdoor shower. The villa sits right in front of Andrea 1 and 2, however we primarily dove at Oil slick, 1000 steps and Webers Joy (for entry). The kitchen has everything you need to cook a gourmet meal at home if you want to stay in. Marie and Larry were very responsive to answer any questions we had prior to our check in and during our stay. For dining out, be sure to check out Joes, RumRunners, Karels, Ocean Oasis, Eddies, Jibe City and Avocados (midtown). Don't forget to visit Gios and Luccianos for the best gelato ever! For truck rental and tanks, we recommend AB dive. Thanks again for everything!

Beautiful 6 star villa wonderful stay in Bonaire
We loved it. Larry and Marie were perfect hosts. Marie even met us at the airport and helped us get to the house. Spectacular hours with incredible views and very well laid out, stocked with everything you would need. We brought our own snorkel gear which worked out very well. We started at the market close to the house and had enough groceries for our stay. Wine we got at Best Cellars great choices. Of course we went to Luc Bay, Salt Pier, Rincon, Flamingoes Preserve, all so beautiful. Hung out all day at Sebastian’s Beach in Luc Bay watching the wind surfers and walking out into the ocean. Can rent a lounge chair for $10 from Iris for the whole day there. We ate out at Captain Don’s the first night and were lucky enough to get into Chefs Bonaire and Brass Boer restaurants, great Michelin star (if the Caribbean gets Michelin Stars) places. We have been to a lot of the Caribbean Islands and the food at these two places was amazing. Brass Boer is at the Delfin Resort. Chefs Bonaire we were very lucky to get in, should make early reservations as they were booked it for months. For souvenirs we got some from the multi shop at the closest roundabout towards town had a good combo. Did not go into town with cruise ship in on our last day. Again great place with snorkel boats always right in the back of the house. The pool was perfect as it gets a little warm. Thank you Larry (owner) and Marie (manager) for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home, we loved it, hope to return.

Wonderful Home & Great Vacation
We had a great stay in this property in April 2023. The home was exactly as advertised in the listing. We had a family of four that enjoyed the space to spread out, cook meals, enjoy time in the pool/patio area, etc. Two of our group were divers, and the other two preferred to spend their time at the house, and everyone was very happy with the home, location, and amenities for the week. The home is very well taken care of and the property manager not only checked us in but was there several times to ensure the home was clean and well stocked with linens, etc. As divers we as really appeciated having the rinse tanks and place to hang our gear to dry each day - there's a gate between the driveway and a breezeway where it's very convenient to unload all of your gear, rinse and hang to dry. And the continuous breeze/wind will definitely ensure it dries very quickly! The property owner was very responsive to any information requests we had both before and during our stay. When we arrived we found out that the DVD player was not operational (that was the only issue we experienced that week) and both the property owner and manager were quick to respond. They were not able to replace it that week, but that's understandable given that Bonaire isn't the kind of place where you can just run out to a local Best Buy and pick up a new device. Overall I would highly recommend this property. This should be at the top of anyone's list for best rental homes in Bonaire.

Lovely Private Crown Ridge Villa
We just returned from a week at this lovely Crown Ridge villa. I'll start by saying we would absolutely stay here on next visit to Bonaire. There are some issues with the villa, but the positives heavily outweigh the negatives. The location of the house is great. It is oceanfront between two great dive sites. The outdoor area is very private and has ample seating/lounging/dining areas. Sit back and watch a glorious sunset from your private, walled pool and garden area. It is a well maintained community and the house has a gated yard, gated rinse tank/storage area and an alarm system. The inside of the house is well appointed with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Everything you need to prepare gourmet meals and drinks is provided. The furniture is comfortable and you even have some US cable channels. We lacked for nothing. Both the owner and the local property contact are friendly and easy to work with. Most of the issues with the property are easily remedied. The one potential issue is the layout of the bedrooms. From inside the house, you must go through the third bedroom to get to the master bedroom. If you are a family and kids will be using the third bedroom, there isn't really an issue. For three couples, it may be awkward. There are some standard wear and tear issues that come with any oceanfront property. The pool steps have a bit more than standard wear and need resurfaced at some point. The between rental cleaning could be a bit more detailed. For example, the owners supply a larger cooler for guest use, which is so nice as those cold drinks in the truck are a treat. However it was sitting outside under the pool floats (also a nice addition) and when we moved the floats there were empty beer bottles on the ground and the cooler had standing buggy water in it. It would be nice if it were rinsed out between guest. The "mid week cleaning" is just a swap for clean linens and towels. There is a large trash can outside of the property (in a nicely maintained gated area), so you can easily take out the trash, but I did expect the trash from the bathrooms and kitchen to be taken out. I wanted to be very honest about the negatives because if you know what to expect then there are no disappointments. As I said at the beginning, the positives absolutely outweigh the negatives. There is no reason not to book this beautiful, private property. You really will enjoy your time at Kas LaMar!!
