Great stay, convenient location, as pictured
Everything was as pictured. Stay was super convenient and good location. Only recommendation would be to leave wifi info in the room for future guests! Would definitely stay again.

Paid but given No Access to the property
Four days prior to my trip I booked this apartment for two nights. Two days prior I reached out for any coordinating details. With no response I grew weary…I showed up on the property the night of the booking and was told I didn’t have a reservation although I showed where I booked and showed that the money had already been taken out. Spoke to the property manager and she said they are completely booked and that I did not have a reservation also seeing the same booking and the proof I paid. Ended up having to get a hotel. Terrible experience, poor communication, with no refund still.

The stay was very comfortable, safe, the manager and reception personnel very responsive and frie
In summary, great place, quiet and clean. The bathroom is v. modern and in perfect shape. The kitchen is v. well equipped. The location is just a few minutes from the Great. Krakow train an bus stations and Galeria shopping center,, other attractions just on the other side of Pawia street. I had a great stay!!
