The Space
The 2-Story layout offers 90m2 of living area with 4-meter high ceilings. There are two entrances, one with wheelchair access. 
The bedroom is located upstairs and includes a queen-sized bed, multiple dressers, and a dedicated full bathroom with a two-head shower, as well as an owner's retreat and relaxation area.

The downstairs living room is equipped with an audio/visual entertainment system with a 100" projection system for watching movies via Chromecast. The larger sofa converts into a queen size bed if needed. There is also a full bathroom adjacent to the living room with a large bathtub, as well as the entrance to a small private patio.
The kitchen is open to the dining room with a beautiful customer-made wood table that sits six comfortably. The kitchen includes all the amenities you would expect including a full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and oven.

Let us know if you require any special accommodations. The apartment stays cool during the summer as it has 60cm thick brick walls and is naturally cool. The heating is managed by wireless remote control for the furnace.
