Wouldn't recommend to anyone
As budget travellers who have been on the move for a while, this was the first accommodation we have stayed in that we were rely dissapointed with. I assume they tried to do Contactless check in, however the numbers left for us to contact left us with no response for a when so we stood out in the cold waiting. Finay we got a response and enter our room which was not what we booked. We had booked a doubled bed room and we arrived into a room with 2 bunkbeds, which as a couple was not Ideal. We attempted to Co tact the accommodation again and once they finally replied they said they would be there in a moment. That moment never came and we wasted an hour of our time waiting. At this point we were really disappointed with their hospitality as they then started to ignore us. We obviously just had to de with what we had... The beds were extremely uncomfy and old. You had springs dinging in to you so we would wake up sore. Worst of all, the shower had no hot water and showering in the freezing cold water was like torture. We couldn't wait to leave this place and wouldn't recommend. We aren't usually fussy so take on board this review. If we could get our money back we would The only good thing about it was the location being right in the centre.

Excellent hostel.
Super clean hostel, the best in this. Beware of thieves between customare, there is no camera in the kitchen. Don't leave food in the fridge.

Good location, but bad stay
There was WiFi in the hostel, but the WiFi is broken that I couldn’t access to any internet. Room was so small for 4 that we didn’t have enough spaces to put our luggage. Things looked old in the hostel, and the room was a bit too dark. I was staying in the lower bed, and I could see the upper bed broken, and I saw the dust inside which was quite disgusting. Location was pretty convenient tho. Everywhere’s is close to the hostel.

The bed was by far the most uncomfortable I’ve slept on in months, so old the springs were poking you and the bunks were in bad shape with nails sticking out everywhere. Rooms were hot with no fan and one bathroom that got checked every hour but not cleaned. Perfect location though next to market.

Convenient Location
Hostel is located across from Market Square and a short walk from the bus and train station so very convenient location. Mostly quiet but depends on the type of guests. My last night, a loud group of guys arrived that didn't respect the quiet signs. There are only 2 bathrooms for each floor so there can be a wait to use them. The bathrooms were relatively clean for such high volume use. The springs in my bed could be felt but my roommates had a better experience. There is a kitchen available and is kept relatively clean. There are lockers available in the rooms and near the front desk for luggage storage. No elevator but a very wide staircase. The staff are friendly, speaks great English, and will help to arrange tours.
