The only thing that made this not perfect was a window between the bathroom and bed and an automatic light sensor. So if you go to the bathroom at night, the light shines through and wakes up the other person. We resolved this by just removing the room key card at night, but this turns off all appliances so in winter or summer, it would have been a problem.
Otherwise very friendly professional staff, pleasant rooms. The breakfast is expensive compared to local shops and cafes but it was very good quality with eggs cooked to order as well as a buffet with smoked salmon, meats, cheese, salads, yoghurts, etc.
The location is perfect for exploring Krakow.
