Great apartment in the perfect location
Great apartment in the perfect location. The building is old but the apartment is completely new, very modern and comfortable. It has the elevator and AC (big plus) and in spite being very close to central railway station it is very quiet (with windows closed). Would choose again. Make sure to call reception if arriving earlier. The reception is in different building (~5 minutes away).

Expected a better place
The pictures shown look much better than the actual condition of the rooms. Needs some maintenance and more cleaning specially under beds and tables/kitchen counter. The mattress protector was made of some kind of plastic material, which made noise when moving in the bed and also made as sweat.

Dont hold luggage and unable to check in early
We travelled from Wroclaw, and the reception wouldn't let store our luggage, nor would they let us check in early. They told me they texted me a location to store luggage twice, which i never received. Lady I spoke to was very abrupt and rude. Rooms were nice, and is in an excellent location. Spoilt by rude staff on check-in .

Boendet ligger väldigt bra till om man vill ha nära till Galeria Krakowski. Fräscha lägenheter, vi fick en loftlägenhet som saknade mörkläggningsgardiner på fönstertak, i övrigt inte mycket att anmärka på. Lyxiga materialval både kök och badrum. Bra för 2 barn å 2 vuxna. I övrigt

Fint værelse på en god beliggenhed
Fint værelse på en rigtig god beliggenhed, meget centralt. Meget nemt at tjekke ind med kode osv. Et minus er, at der ikke nogen reception (der er en disk, men ingen medarbejdere, da vi var der), så hvis man løber tør for toiletpapir, kaffe/te, vil have rene håndklæder osv., skal man ringe til hotellet og kan ikke få det med det samme. Kun mulighed for ét kort til værelset, hvilket også tæller ned, det er rart at have mindst to. Værelset var ret småt, men ganske nydeligt og flot indrettet. Persiennerne var dog gået i stykker og lyset på badeværelset blinkede. Orienterede hotellet om lyset over telefonen, men det blev ikke fixet, mens vi var der. Alt i alt et fint værelse til en enkelt nat eller måske to. Vi havde købt 4 overnatninger, hvilket nok var lidt for lang tid, og vi endte også med at finde et andet hotel på 4. dagen, hvor der var fitnesscenter, pool osv.
