Ok in a pinch
The room wifi did not work at all, the manager suggested we walk around the room to try to find the signal. We were never able to find it. The room was clean, but quite warm. It is on a very busy street, so opening the windows to cool the room, meant it was noisy to sleep in.

Extremely comfortable apartment
Me and my boyfriend found the apartment to be really comfortable and spacious. It also felt really secure due to the four security codes required to enter the apartment. The kitchen facilities were exactly what we needed to make a variety of meals. The apartment was spotless on arrival and the towels and the bins were changed daily. The staff were friendly and approachable and were happy to help us book a tour of auschwitz. The apartment location was in easy reach of kazimierz and the city centre - everything in walking distance - though you can hop on the tram if you're feeling tired. All in all - 5 stars!

Clean, spacious apartment. Close to Old Town.
Couldn't ask for more. Collection to and from airport. Clean and spacious. A stones throw to the centres of Old Town and Kazimierz.Great value. Simple accommodation with a true Polish feel to it. Warm and peaceful to come back to after a day exploring the amazing city of Krakow.

I always worry what exactly I might get when making a reservation online based on other peoples reviews as opinions can vary so. For the price we paid this place was nothing short of EXCELLENT! I never expected to have such a huge apartment with two bathrooms when I simply requested enough beds for 5 people. we have a large family by Polish standards and it was not easy to find hotel or apt to accommodate us. Location was great, place was clean and decorated beautifully. I will definitely stay there next time I am in town and stay longer simply because having such a great apt at great price makes it possible to stay longer. I definitely recommend this place and will stay again.

Clean hotel. Nice area. We were supposed to check out at 11 am but some strangers knocked on our doors by 11am for no reason. I normally find good cheap stays, but this one is one of the worst i have ever stayed. So many codes to unlock the doors to get in to the house. Love cracow, would never stay here again.

The room was very nice. The people at reception were friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel was still a work in progress. We had to walk a bit to find a nice place for dinner, but the staff was very helpful with this.

Un soggiorno in compagnia...
All'arrivo ci ha accolto il simpaticissimo e cordiale titolare. Una persona davvero squisita. L'appartamento dall'esterno non sembrava essere in buono stato, invece quando siamo entrati siamo rimasti sorpresi piacevolmente dalla pulizia e dal comfort della camere e del bagno/doccia. Il personale è stato molto cordiale anche nell'esaudire qualche nostra richiesta, compresa quella del trasporto in aeroporto l'ultimo giorno. Davvero soddisfatto!

Jätte trevlig lägenhet. Madrasserna var dock sten hårda. Hade rum ut mot gatan och där passerade spårvagnarna varje minut. Så stort minus på grund av dålig sömn beroende madrasser och spårvagnar.

Erinomaisen palvelun hotelli mainiolla paikalla
Hotellin sijainti on kävelijälle erinomainen: Vain noin 8-10 minuutin matka Verkahallille. Hotellin henkilökunta oli todella mukavaa ja palvelu mainiota. Suosittelen- todella suurehko huoneisto. Olohuone yksistään noin 35 neliötä ja makuuhuone varmaan 25 neliötä. Molemmissa omat telkkarit jos joku tykkää telkkua katsella. Keittiönurkkaus on mukava koska voi keitellä kahvia/teetä milloin tahtoo ja iso jääkaappi takasi kylmät mineraalivedet aina. Ehdoton tärppi!

Mycket elegant våning
Wow, vilken våning! Det var som att stiga in i en lägenhet från 30-talet när den var nybyggd!. Stukaturer, kakelugn, inglasad balkong! Och allt i perfekt skick. Inte kunde man tro det när man såg utsidan. Dessutom bra läge på gångavstånd från alla sevärdheter och med trevlig personal. Vad mer kan en barnfamilj med halvstora barn begära??

Great location
The hotel is a great choice for someone who is interested in both the old city and the jewish area since it's right in between. The people working there are kind and accommodating which is very important. This is not a full-service hotel since it's more like living in your own apartment, which is very nice. You can arrange for your own breakfast instead. The apartments are very old fashioned and gives you a glimpse of what life was like many years ago, with the old style furniture and crystal chandeliers. It is clean and very spacious.
