Nice place. Clean. Quiet. Comfy bed. Had good water pressure, tea/coffee, kettle, safe, TV, refrigerator, microwave, utensils, and dishes. Helpful instructions for late night check in. Very nice stay; staff was wonderful. There are a lot of stairs to be aware of. It’s close to the train station from airport which is convenient and also an outdoor fruit market. Nice walk to main square

Its not thr four-seasons but it is CLEAN, parking on the street directly in front of the building, and renovations are being done. The beds were comfortable. Staff was kind and excellent. I would stay here again because its convenient walk to town. It is an apartment locked off within an apartment building. Great for the price once they finish the entrance construction.

Perfect location, check what room you get
We took family room for 4, unfortunately we got 4 single beds that one of them was a sofa very hard to sleep on. There are better rooms with big beds but we didn’t get them. The apartment located perfectly close to everything so that’s the good. No air conditioning in the room and krakow is very hot in the summer

This hotel was very nice, quiet and in walkable distance to many different stores and restaurants. I stayed here for 2 days with my family and we all enjoyed it. The rooms were very clean and we had a beautiful view. The staff was very friendly and was willing to help us with everything. The only thing that wasn’t good was that the keys were difficult to use but the staff helped us with our problem. I recommend this hotel.

Fantastic time, accommodation was excellent Staff very friendly and helpful, we arrived late and reception was closed, but we received a very detailed message with check in instructions and were in our rooms within 10mins.Reception staff (Joanna) could not have been more helpful throughout our stay, we would certainly reccomend these apparments

Conveniently located close to Old City and Vavel Royal Castle. There was no problem with the street parking and there was a 24/7 secure parking nearby. The only issue was a lack of elevator, but the price definitely made up for it. I recommended this place to my family and friends.
