Very nice all round
We had a lovely stay at this hotel, staff were very friendly all throughout, hotel is very clean and pool area is lovely, we stayed in one of the hut rooms they have and it was beautiful. We hired a moped from reception for 250 baht a day and made it a lot easier to get around. But even if not the main beach front and restaurants are a nice 20 minute walk. Very good hotel for price and location and friendliness, I would highly reccommend staying here.

Disorganised hotel staff. Very old hotel. There is NO shuttle to the beach and prices for taxi, tours, dinner, etc. if organizes by hotel staff will depend on who you talk to! Very unreliable and disappointing!

Wouldn’t come back again
The bathroom was disgusting. Very very dirty and lots of grime build up everywhere. The bed was very uncomfortable and the food was poor. Wouldn’t recommend staying here. The only positive thing was the pool was a good size even though it wasn’t deep so you couldn’t actually swim. Way over priced for what they offer and 6 amenities were not available when we were there.

Das Hotel liegt in einer übel riechenden Straße ohne Geschäfte o.ä. In der Nachbarschaft. Dir Bungalows sind renovuerubgsbedürftig und das Englisch des Personals ist schlecht. Wir sind trotz voller Bezahlung vorzeitig abgereist.

离海滩有点远，需要步行15分钟。但是酒店设施很好，房间阳台观景不错。工作人员态度好，游泳池环境很棒。只不过吃的东西不太多，要是酒店自己增加食物的种类就跟好了。

Waited 30 minutes before I was able to get attended on check in night. Staff were not very responsive or friendly. Room was dirty and full of ants. i won't recommend this hotel to anybody.

il problema non è stato che ci hanno assegnato una camera invece di una villetta per la prima notte. Il problema grosso è che si tratta di una struttura veramente sporca in tutte le sue parti, sia nelle camere che negli ambienti comuni come la piscina etc... gli appartamenti sono mal funzionanti, hanno tutti qualche problema. per esempio la nostra villetta aveva il wc rotto, lo scarico non funzionava quindi non entro in particolari. Inoltre lo staff è disorganizzato e alle prime armi. peccato perché dalle foto sembrava molto carino

Good stay, budget but nice!
Nice stay, if only the condition of the rooms were of a better state. The villas look great from the outside but inside poor decorating and sloppy work. Big gaps in the doors lead to lots of bugs getting in. the staff very helpful in moving us and generally very nice. Great service to the beach by their shuttle bus too. Would stay again, but if they invested a bit more in the upkeep I'm sure people would pay a bit more per night!

Bilder sind nicht alles!
Ich bin seit 2 Wochen mit meiner Frau und meiner Tochter (21) unterwegs durch Thailand, sind immer nur 2-3 Tage an einem Ort, d.h. wir haben schon einige Hotels gesehen. Das war mit Abstand das schlechteste. Bei der Ankunft sagte man uns und auch im Laufe des Aufenthalts anderen, sie haben ein Problem mit der Wasserversorgung und würden uns kostenlos upgraden, d.h. in ein nahegelegenenes Schwesterhotel umsiedeln. O.k., haben wir gemacht, dort angekommen, bekamen wir ein Zimmer, welches gross, dreckig, verwohnt und mit miesem Ausblick war. Wir haben alles stehen gelassen, sind zurück zum ersten Hotel. Habe mir dort Luft gemacht (meckern auf englisch ist gar nicht so leicht!) :) Habe aber letztlich meine gebuchte Palm-Villa am Pool bekommen, sie haben mein Gepäck wieder zurückgeholt, alles gut. Trotzdem sind sie nicht zu empfehlen, man muss mehrmals etwas sagen, eh sie sich bewegen, haben keine Lust zum Arbeiten. Frühstück ging, Hotel angewöhnt, Überfall liegt Dreck\Muell herum.

Wir können dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen!
Wir hatten eine Palm Garden Twin Villa gebucht, welche wir auch bekamen. Als wir hinein gebracht wurden mussten wir erstmal tief durchatmen....die Wände waren richtig schmuddelig und es roch stark nach Schimmel. Als wir uns genauer umsahen wussten wir auch warum: Im Badezimmer war die Decke völlig verschimmelt und rund um die Klimaanlage war ebenfalls Schimmel zu sehen. Und die Vorhängen Schimmelten auch. Wir gingen dann zur Rezeption und erklärten dass wir einen Bungalow ohne Schimmel möchten. Es wurde uns gesagt dass erst in 2 Tagen ein anderer Bungalow frei wird und wir bis dahin im Gebäude wohnen können. Wir konnten uns eines von 3 Zimmern aussuchen. Wir betonten nochmals dass wir dann in den Bungalow umziehen wollen. Leider wurden wir darauf nicht mehr angesprochen und wir entschieden uns nicht nochmal mit den Angstellten die sehr schlecht bis garkein Englisch verstehen zu diskutieren um einen Bungalow zu bekommen. Außerdem konnten wir in den folgenden Tagen beobachten wie Arbeiter mit Farbkübeln in die Bungalows marschieren....nein danke. Zwei der Gründe warum wir uns für dieses Hotel entschieden haben war neben den schön aussehenden Bungalows das Fitnessstudio und der inkludierte Shuttleservice des Hotels. Man sagte uns dann: "Shuttle is broken" und Fitness ebenfalls "broken". Natürlich verwies man uns gleich an ein Kostenpflichtiges Studio (300 bht pro Tag) und Moped (250 bth pro Tag) Auch das Warmwasser war 3 mal "broken".

Séjour très agréable, la situation géographique de l'hôtel légèrement en retrait de l'axe du front de mer permet de profiter du calme. Un scooter permet alors de se déplacer très facilement (réservable auprès de l'hôtel pour un coût très modique). Les hôtesses de la réception sont extrêmement gentilles et font tout ce qui est en leur pouvoir, pour vous faciliter la vie! Excellent petit déjeuner, piscine d'un très bon format, sécurisé pour les enfants et nettoyer tous les jours. Très joli jardin paysagé avec des fleurs magnifiques. Merci pour ce séjour fantastique....
