"Hotel is smth out of this world: amazing territory, style of the rooms, food… It’s tte best hotel we stayed in. Food: main restaurant has so many food options, it’s impossible to try all. And every time the chef welcomes you at the entrance.. Rooms: we stayed in deluxe rooms - we had jacuzzi, access to the swimming pool. "So this had to have been the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The pictures don't explain the whole story and it is a big scam and false advertisement. The rooms are run down and dirtyyyyy. I don't think they clean the rooms after each stay because the floor is covered in soot, and the sheets are all stained. The AC unit do not work and there are roaches. I am going to try and get a refund back because this is unacceptable. I got there at 1am and we were a pretty big family so we had no choice...
