"The hotel is at a great location and the cottages are well designed, but the maintenance is terrible. Rooms are dirty and many things did not work. Lights did not work, A/C leaked water, sheets and towels were dirty - to name just a few. Food in the restaurant was not good either, no where close to what you expect at a resort. Service was bad as well and they always seemed short of staff. Just not worth the money. They have a good opportunity to make it better if they have good maintenance,...
