Clean and safe hotel. Good location beside a shopping mall and about 10-15mins walk to nearest mtr. Many places to eat around the hotel. Provided eco-friendly toiletries which was very helpful. Although staff forgot to top up the coffee and tea in the hotel room on 1 of the day.

Stayed one week there. Staff were accommodating and paid attention to my requests concerning the room. TV offered Chinese mainland channels only, however some displayed programs in English including news. Tiny room, cozy and tastefully decorated. Bed was definitely small, slept with the feet outside. Sink was tiny, poorly lit and the mirror was fixed at a way too low level, probably suiting Chinese people. Half laminated and half carpeted floor. On the whole spotless clean. Liked the bathroom design. Lively area in Kowloon between the Tsim Sha Tsui and Jordan Metro Stations.

The cafe in the hotel was closed, but there were a ton of dining options around. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The area was also very walkable and convenient in terms of location.

Conveniently located at the heart of TST, the hotel is easily accessible from the MTA station and within 5 minutes to all the shopping on Nathan Road. There are a few supermarkets and convenient store within the block so its very easy to pick up water and snacks. The hotel staff are pleasant and helpful, and the room is spacious and clean. This is the second time we are staying at this hotel and will likely come back next time too!

Room could have been cleaner. Stains on the carpet in few areas around the room. Shower stall was quite dirty and smelly. Otherwise was good. Hotel is in a great area with many food and drink options. Convenience stores, restaurants, bars, malls are all around the corner. TST MTR is about 10 min walk away. The hill is as steep as others say it is -- it will tire most people.
