First time to Hong Kong, we love the Hilton Hotel chain and Hilton Garden Inn didn’t disappoint. Room always made up beautifully, floors and bathroom clean, mattress very comfortable and block out blinds made it easy to sleep. Close to transport and street food. Great restaurants near by. Highly recommend

The Hilton Garden Inn was a pleasant place to stay at! Staff were professional and helpful. The rooms showed signs of wear but were generally clean and tidy. Its location is in between Mongkok MTR and Yau Ma Tei MTR and is about a 7-10 minute walk either way. As such, I don't recommend this location if you either i) have elderly folks who tire easily; ii) children who tire easily; iii) have mobility issues. It wasn't pleasant to get back to after a long day out!

The hotel was good, the staff were very helpful. The carpet in front of the elevator on the ground floor need to changed, the table clothes have lots of cup rings and spots. The area around the hotel looks ghetto, i expected the Hilton to be in a better area but its close to the women's market, restaurants and stores

At the first day on my stay, could not adjust the temperature in my room. It was freezing cold at night ( dropped to 20 degrees Celsius) and woke me up. I have set the temperature at 25 degree Celsius but it didn’t work. Mentioned that to their manager and eventually found out all the rooms are like that and the room temperature couldn’t / hard to be adjusted. Eventually they gave me a portable heater. On the second day, the hotel manager came by and she asked the technician to find the solution for the issue . But after they fixed it, still at night the temperature couldn’t be adjusted at 25 degrees Celsius which I have set up. I still needed to turn on the portable heater to keep myself warm. Their customer service is good. However, the hotel building is outdated. I couldn’t have a good sleep on my first night because of the freezing cold temperature in my room. I got a headache and not feeling well because of that. It has affected my business work and personal itinerary.
