"A nice hotel situated by the river bank. Parking is ample but arrangement and instruction from the staff is confusing. The hotel is like a maze and difficult to navigate initially. Got insurance, the entrance from the car park is on ground level but the reception is one level down. Bedrooms are in a different wing and two levels above the reception. "The room was absolutely spotless, comfortable beds, great breakfast. I honestly wish I had larger stomach to be able to try all of the delicacies. When I will travel back to Suwalki I will be staying there again."

"Some updating may be required for this otherwise nice hotel. The room was VERY basic. There was no AC, no mini fridge or even an iron. Windows could use some screens as pigeon feathers get in when the window is open. It gets pretty loud on the weekend as it seems the younger crowds gather around the building. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location."

"Im Haus befand sich kein heißes Wasser Handtücher standen auch nicht ausreichend zur Verfügung (4 kleine Handtücher). Hygienischer Zustand der Küche dies zu wünschen übrig auch der Keller war in einem schlechten Zustand"

"A nice hotel situated by the river bank. Parking is ample but arrangement and instruction from the staff is confusing. The hotel is like a maze and difficult to navigate initially. Got insurance, the entrance from the car park is on ground level but the reception is one level down. Bedrooms are in a different wing and two levels above the reception. The lift is narrow and small and half a level up from the reception. Beautifully decorated dining room and the bedroom we had was decorated with mahogany bed panels, chest, wardrobes and bureau. Sanitary suite is modern, only shower available. It is a good base to visit nearby lakes or just to enjoy the local village."
