"As the booking was made we had a very good instinct that this was the right property. From viewing the pictures we were not expecting the Kitchenette, we were able to eat cooked breakfasts and dinners on the balconies and made our trips easier and lighter to focus on activities. We could not ask for anything more, customer service was exceptional and proves one doesn’t have to stay in big hotels or chains. "This is a great choice for a small group of say 3. the villa is spacious and spotless, the private pool is a great luxury and the main pool is also very spacious. The villas are well equipped and staff very accommodating. I also think this is a great way to explore the west of the island which isn't popular as the north east. There are great little beaches near by and of course XI beach. Good restaurants are a short drive away. I would say a car is needed."

"Demetrius is an excellent host. If your looking for an affordable base with the basic amenities in place this is great and exceptional value for your money option. We had two rooms and each had its own kitchen and bathroom which were on the small side but very adequate for needs. Some of the room furnishing could benefit with some updates but for the price you cant argue with it value. Looking for a hotel type resort then this is not the place for you."

"Hotel is in the middle of no where. Woman at front desk was extremely polite at first but turned all nasty by the end. The hotel was small, smelly and extremely outdated. Your better off camping outside in a tent. Definitely not worth the money."

"The beach house is overall nice, as described in the listing, I believe that it was not mentioned that the upper bedroom is not separated but rather a loft, that could make a difference for a larger group. Location indeed very close to the see, hotel pool and restaurant which was great (restaurant surprisingly good!). hotel staff very friendly and helpfull at all times. A big disappointment was the quality of wifi - this property should not be advertised as having one - there is none in the...
