"1) Pre-arrival
after booking, the reception team (Moshi, Sumali) communicate with you, arrange the seaplane, and any other activity you want to book in advance.
2) Hospitality
this is their key for giving a special feeling to guest, everyone is welcoming with genuine smiles and attention. starting from the airport and lounge (Mufed and Sheena), to the arrival welcoming arrangement, and full assistance with the check-in and other services (Mae). and with everyone you deal.
3) Food
JAAFAIY is one of the best buffets we ever visited, every night different cuisine, and you can always find something inline with your taste. the Chef (Mustafa) is always checking on guests to make sure they are satisfied and if they wanted anything.
4) Buggy Drivers
they are all like tourist guides, talking very nice and making you to know about the Maldives and the resort.
5) Entertainment
i liked how the entertainment team is interacting with guests, Zezo and Ahmad were literally doing the whole show back stage and on stage. the fire show is exceptional.
6) The stay
villas are very clean, neat, and well-designed.
we got the beach pool villa 629, the most private of it's category but in the same time has the widest ocean view.
Note: mentioned names are only what i came to recognise. all others are wonderful.
hint: try Amigos Restaurant - Amazing Location.
Thanks,
Qusai"

"We chose a beach villa over an overwater villa for its seclusion among lush palm trees and private sunbeds. The villa was elegantly furnished, exuding charm, and was impeccably clean.
The resort's restaurants met the high standards expected of a five-star establishment. The food and beverages were good for an all-inclusive resort, but the friendly and attentive service from the staff made dining exceptional. The view from the over-water Eclipse bar was breathtaking, and the mixologists crafted exquisite cocktails. The Balinese spa offered a comprehensive range of treatments that fully met our expectations. The gym equipment was well-maintained, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and it was often empty, providing a comfortable workout environment. The white sand beach was stunning, teeming with marine life, and free of algae or seaweed, making it entirely odour-free. Despite being fully booked, the resort never felt crowded, and the beach in front of our villa was mostly deserted.
The infrastructure met the expectations of a five-star resort, but it was the staff who elevated the experience. Every staff member was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and their warmth felt genuine. The positive attitude of the personnel reflected a culture of respect and friendliness.
Special thanks to: Our villa host Nabeel, Sager, Suda, Chefs Feri, Alan, and Pedipa, Ori, Subash, Aalim, Ammy, Joseph, Bona, and Heather, Kiki, Mita, Feri, the tennis coach, Mata, and Visal, the mixologist."

"We had a lovely stay at Heritance Aarah on our honeymoon. It's a beautiful island and our beach villa with a pool was huge and very comfortable. The coral reefs on the island are good but a bit of swim from the beach. The pool area and bar is a great place to hang out.
The hotel embraces all inclusive with 5 different restaurants to choose from and 1 additional restaurant for the ocean villas where they arranged a surprise evening for our honeymoon which was wonderful. My favourite was Ambula, the crab curry was superb. All were good and we did really enjoy the buffet for dinner as well as lunch/breakfast, a huge selection of food and curries and whole baked fish were great. Only thing is the service could be better Ginifathi.
The drinks menu is extensive, soo many options. I got through most of the red wines, nearly all were absolutely delicious. The cocktails and soft drinks were good. The sky bar is beautiful place for drinks.
The service throughout was great, especially our house cleaner, Muhammad, and our host, Arka. Our room was always clean with the minibar refreshed regularly. Arka sorted everything we needed throughout the stay and made our trip more special. If you want an island with lots to do and lots of options, this is the place for you."
