"It was an amazing hotel. The facilities were great, the restaurant was excellent (the staff was very helpful in recommending food) and the staff was phenomenal (Natalia at the front desk was super helpful, as were all the others)!!! I would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"I had a cozy single which was well placed and comfortable. As a VIP, the hotel put a full-sized bottle of wine in my room, which I appreciated. My only concern is that the hotel tells clients to place a sign on the door by 3 p.m., if you want to opt-in for cleaning services. But I didn't check in until 3:30 p.m. when I arrived, so I fear I had missed it. The room was serviced anyway after I put the sign up late, but I've never had to "opt-in" to cleaning before. (Usually, a client has to put a sign on the door if opting out.) That was awkward. I think the opt-out option in most other hotels is better."

"The room was clean and spacious enough for two. Lovely shower especially after a day in the cold. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Only one thing that could have been better were the pillows, they were a bit flat once you laid on them. But then again that may be a personal preference."
