The non-smoking apartment in the amber spa Koserow on Usedom, with a terrace and a small lawn, is located on the ground floor of the 8-family house. It consists of a living room and an open kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a children's room with a bunk bed and a bath with a shower and toilet. Parking space 4 is reserved for you at the front of the house. Right next to it is a small wooden house in which you can find the garbage cans and z. B. Can store your bikes.

Holiday:
Parking space 4 next to the house belongs to the three-room apartment. Also a wooden house, to be closed with the apartment key, where you can find the garbage cans (black household waste, yellow plastic, blue paper) and bicycles. The glass waste is to be disposed of in the container next to the net supermarket.

Arrival is possible from 14:00 to 18:00 and departure from 07:00 to 10:00.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war wunderbar und für unsere Zwecke genau passend. Das Wetter war traumhaft und wir haben uns wunderbar erholt. Usedom hat einfach sehr viel zu bieten!

! Suuuper schöne Wohnung !
Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub in dieser schönen Wohnung sehr genossen. Strandnah, mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, tolle Terrasse mit absolutem Sichtschutz, ruhige Lage, eigener Parkplatz! direkt neben dem Eingang. Perfekt für eine Familie mit Kindern. Jederzeit wieder!

Umfangreiche Ausstattung
Alles vorhanden, was man braucht, mehr als üblich. Das hat uns positiv überrascht. Kein WLAN, die eindeutige Info hätten wir gern vorher gehabt. Abzug für Sauberkeit in den Schränken Küche und Bad, auch wenn wir das von anderen Ferienobjekten auch kennen. Insgesamt gemütlich und schön, wir kommen gern wieder.

Tolle Unterkunft
Wir hatten als kleine Familie 2 Erw. + 2 Kinder (3 Monate, 5 Jahre) einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer sind schön gestaltet, die Unterkunft war sauber und und gut ausgestattet (Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr, …) Wir waren nur 5 Tage dort, aber auch ein längerer Aufenthalt wäre ohne Probleme möglich. Auch die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und direkt am Wald gelegen, was direkt zum spazieren einlädt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit super netter Betreuung
Super saubere und gepflegte Wohnung mit toller Einrichtung zum Wohlfühlen. Sehr hervorzuheben ist die sehr freundliche, zuvorkommende und unkomplizierte Betreuung vor Ort. Dadurch haben wir uns direkt wohl gefühlt und der Urlaub konnte direkt starten!!! Wir geben fünf Sterne, würden aber mehr vergeben, wenn es möglich wäre!!!!!

Alles da was man benötigt. Modern, WLAN, Bad mit Badewanne. Laufzeit zum Strand mindestens 15 min mit anschließender stahltreppe zum Strand. Was doch sehr anstrengend sein kann. Vom Einkaufsmarkt, Fitnessstudio, Erdbeerhof alles in dem Ort was man braucht.
