Situated on a small hill in the Schleidorf Hülsen, this modern 5-star holiday home lives up to its name: enjoy the wonderful view of the Schlei! A bathing area is only a few meters away. The unique nature invites you every day anew to explore the area on the idyllic paths along the Schlei, on foot or by bike. With Finnish sauna, whirlpool and fireplace nothing to be desired! The holiday house "Lighthouse" is located on a small hill in Hülsen on the Schlei, not far from Kappeln. From the panoramic windows in the living room and from the large terrace you have a beautiful view of the Schlei. Here you can enjoy sunsets and warm summer days to the fullest!
The high quality furnished holiday home is suitable for up to 6 people and also offers enough space for family holidays with several children. The bright and spacious living-dining area can comfortably seat up to 8 people and a cozy dinner with friends is no obstacle. The high-quality equipped kitchen offers all amenities.
Special highlights of the house are certainly the bathtub with whirlpool function and the sauna, which can comfortably accommodate 3 people. There is also a shed on the property of this luxury holiday home. In this our holiday guests can bring their bikes or sports equipment for the duration of your holiday. For solemn barbecues, there is also a barbecue available.
The terrace is completely furnished and invites our holiday guests in sunny weather to an extended sunbathing. Those who like something more action-packed will find a bathing spot just 200 meters away.

Prima, aber im Haus sind ein paar Verbesserungen nötig: Schleiblick wegen der Vegetation nur noch sehr eingeschränkt möglich! Sessel und Couch nicht komfortabel, Geschirr und Besteck zu alt Plastikblumen überflüssig

In die Jahre gekommenes Domizil
Leider waren vor der Anreise alle Fenster des Objektes angekippt worden, so dass eine eisige Innentemperatur herrschte, welche sich den ganzen Aufenthalt nicht ändern ließ, da die Heizung nicht angestellt war. Der vorhandene Kamin konnte ebenso nicht genutzt werden, da im gesamten Objekt kein Kaminholz zu finden war. Beim Beziehen der Zimmer fanden wir vergessene Bekleidung der vorherigen Urlaubsgäste im Schrank und unterm Bett. Auch die Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die unechten Blumen und die Lampenschirme im gesamten Haus, hatten eine dermaßen dicke Staubschicht, das wir diese erstmal soweit es ging selber reinigten, da wir dies als unangenehm empfanden. Als die Dämmerung einsetzte, mussten wir feststellen, das ca. 50% der Leuchtmittel nicht funktionierten. Auch die Fernbedienungen der vorhanden TV Geräte waren eine Herausforderung, viele Tasten funktionierten nicht, ein Ausschalten der Geräte ging nur über Stecker ziehen. Generell ist das Haus in die Jahre gekommen, die Handtuchhalter im Bad waren schon so locker, das die Handtücher ständig runterrutschten, viele Kalkspuren in den Bädern, verrostete Toilettenpapierhalter, die Fenster entweder auch bereits verkalkt oder nicht geputzt, das haben wir nicht getestet. Die Haustürklinke hing ebenfalls nur noch auf halb acht, so dass diese nur mit Schüssel auf und zuzumachen ging. Auch die Matrazen sind eine Herausforderung. Wir würden dieses Haus wirklich niemandem empfehlen.

Hatten mehr erwartet......
Es war sehr schade, das defekte Sachen, trotz Zettel mit der Info nicht erledigt worden sind. Einige festverbaute Einrichtungsgegen wie Kleiderhaken und Handtuchhalter sind leider nicht mehr umbedingt sicher verbaut. In der Preisklasse hatten wir uns mehr versprochen..... Trotz Info an den Vermeiter kamen keine Rückmeldungen seinerseits an uns. Das ist sehr Schade

Ruhe pur am Wasser
Wer Zeit zum Auspannen für sich oder mit Familie, fern ab vom Alltag, sucht ist hier genau richtig. Dazu gibt es noch einen kurzen Weg zum Wasser. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung lassen keine Wünsche offen. Erholung pur!

Schönes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Allerdings wäre ein kleines Infoblatt für die Bedienung der technischen Ausstattung (z.B. für Außenbeleuchtungssteuerung, WLAN-Passwort) sinnvoll

Schönes Haus in sehr schöner Umgebung. Buchung und Abwicklung waren professionell, alles war wie beschrieben. Allerdings gibt es Unstimmigkeiten bei der Endreinigung die ja vereinbart und bezahlt war.

Haus Leuchtturm
Wir haben und sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen das Haus gern weiter. Die Sonnenuntergänge von der Terrasse aus zu beobachten waren herrliche Momente. Vermisst haben wir nichts, bis auf einen Sonnenschirm und der Strandkorb ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Haus war sehr angenehm sauber und ist schön aufgeteilt. Der Kontakt mit der Hausverwaltung insbesondere Frau Röske ist vorbildlich, schnell und problemlos. Alle Häuser sind über einen befestigten und geschotterten Weg gut angebunden - bei längerer Trockenheit haben die Anlieger beim Vorbeifahren doch etwas Staub aufgewirbelt, welcher die Terrasse etwas eingenebelt hat. Im Großem und Ganzen würden wir das Haus erneut mieten

Trotz sehr schlechten Wetters im Februar, hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir konnten uns in dem Haus sehr gut erholen. Jederzeit wieder.
