"We stay here for 2 weeks over the Christmas and new years, this house had everything one would need to make our stay easier and comfortable which included everything you would need to cook if you was, we got takeaway from the takeaway nextdoor most nights which oir kids loved but if you wanted to cook up a storm you could, kettle, toasters, pots, plates, washing machine, shower was beautiful and modern and the highlight for my kids after our many beach days which were alot due to the beach...

"The place is basic and simple, as expected. The carpet was grey with dirt in areas and needed a clean, however the owner is now trying to charge me $165 for cleaning the carpet due to dog smell. This is after we paid him $60 extra in cash to be nice as we had 3 dogs. This was above what we already paid just as a nice gesture. "An absolutely amazing property, the hosts Jane and Julian are delightful. Excellent hosts as they are very knowledgeable, fun and friendly and you have everything there you could wish for, from luxury products in the room to amazing breakfasts and an honesty bar. What more is there to say! Would definitely recommend as the property looks exactly as you see it with the added touch or brilliant hosts."
