Nestled in a beautiful garden with abundant greenery and privacy, it offers a peaceful retreat. The village of Kortgene is within walking distance, with convenient access to shops and restaurants. Located close to the popular Lake Veere, guests can easily enjoy activities like swimming, boating, water skiing, paddleboarding, or surfing.

This cozy, single-level holiday home offers a garden view from the living room, featuring a spacious seating area with a three-seater sofa bed and two armchairs next to the television. The dining area includes a round table with four chairs, adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a stove, combination microwave/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle.

The home provides three bedrooms: one with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and two others with a single bed each (90 x 200 cm). Each room is equipped with bedside lamps, wall shelves, and wardrobe space. The compact bathroom includes a shower, a sink with storage, and a toilet. Amenities for young children include a high chair and a folding cot, and the outside laundry room has a washing machine. Up to two pets are welcome, so it's a great option for pet owners.

Large sliding doors open from the living room to a covered terrace (about 24 m²) with a table and four chairs, perfect for outdoor dining. The home is surrounded by a well-designed garden (approximately 150 m²) with hedges, flowers, and grassy areas, creating both sun and shade, along with a fenced perimeter for added privacy. There’s ample space for barbecuing and relaxing.

Outside, a carport is available for parking, and there is covered storage for bicycles.
 
 

This holiday rental is near the popular Lake Veere where you can enjoy swimming, boating, water skiing, SUPing, or surfing. Small children love to catch crabs here and can play on the sandy beach. The center of Kortgene offers necessities such as a supermarket, butcher and bakery, and several unique stores and restaurants. There is also a lively market every Saturday. Kortgene is an excellent starting point if you like walking. The walking routes offer views of the wonderful surroundings, such as the Veerse Meer, the Oosterschelde, and the Zeeland landscape. In addition to walking, the area boasts great cycling routes and a bicycle-foot ferry crossing to Wolphaartsdijk, which should be considered a must-do. The central location on North Beveland means Kortgene is close to nice towns like Zierikzee, Goes, and Middelburg, and lively seaside resorts like Vrouwenpolder and Domburg are only a short drive away. In short, the perfect base for exploring Zeeland.

Arrivals are available daily, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals are required during holiday periods.Payment must be completed in advance.Check-in is available from 4 p.m. On departure day, guests are asked to vacate the house by 9:30 a.m., with keys returned to the designated location.
