Family-friendly Villa in near Centre of Kortgene

These special looking, detached villas are implemented in several ways. The shape of the roofs refers to different water birds. What is striking about these villas is the large windows at the front of the house. This immediately creates a feeling of spaciousness upon entering. The villas are modernly furnished. In some villas there is also a fireplace. Through the French doors in the living room you have access to your south-facing terrace with garden furniture.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und groß genug für 6 Personen. An der Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Etwas abseits vom nächsten Strand (15 Min.) Toller Ausgangspunkt zum Fahrradfahren. Im Ort gibt es einen Bugracer-Verleih der zu empfehlen ist. Die Snackbar im Park ist gut und preislich sehr fair.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr schöne Umgebung. Ein Grill und ein Sonnenschirm vor Ort wären noch toll gewesen. Ein Ständer für den Sonnenschirm ist vorhanden aber leider kein Schirm. Einen kleinen Kohlergrill haben wir gekauft und vor Ort gelassen 😉. Leider ist die Dusche nicht mehr ganz, ein Griff war innen abgebrochen und die Funktionen der Dusche sind nicht nutzbar, aber einfach duschen ist kein Problem. Leider steht im Abstellraum defektes Inventar. ABER, es war ansonsten alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Sehr reibungsloser Aufenthalt, Ankunft und Abreise gut durchdacht. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

Sie haben ja wirklich Humor. Jetzt soll ich den Urlsub bewerten, der wegen Ihrer fehlenden Übermittlung an Belvilla nie statt fand. Das haben wir natürlich erst vor Ort nach der Anreise beim Checkin festgestellt, da dort keine Buchung vorlag. Hilfe bekanen wir auch nicht Fewo hat an Belvilla vereiesen und Belvilla an Fewo. Das war das letzte Mal mit Fewo! Unser Anwalt wird sich melden!keine aBu

Het is een erg prettig en ruim huis. Met mooi uitzicht op het water.. Echter vinden we op veel plekken spinnenrag en haren. Het huis lijkt verder schoon maar onder tafels, stoelen, kasten en vooral bedden zit spinnenrag, stof en haar. Dit is erg vervelend. Hier mag meer aandacht aan besteed worden.

Het huis is prima ingericht, heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een zorgeloze vakantie. Prima schoongemaakt, fijne tuinset buiten, wat wil een mens nog meer? Met hond zou het fijn zijn dat de tuin afgesloten kan worden, dat was helaas niet het geval. Verder een verouderde douche die echt aan vervanging toe is. Dit laatste is ook doorgegeven aan de receptie. In de zomer kan het behoorlijk warm worden in huis, zonwering onder het schuine gedeelte van het dak zou fijn zijn. Als laatste: waarom geen zonnepanelen?

schöne, saubere Ferienanlage
Alles in bester Ordnung gewesen. Mobiliar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise abgewohnt, aber es war weitestgehend sauber und man konnte sich wohl fühlen im Haus. Der Haus verfügt über einen abgeschlossenen Garten und ist somit bestens geeignet, wenn man wie wir mit Hund in den Urlaub fährt. Die gesamte Anlage war sehr gepflegt und die Kinder hatten viel Spaß.

Een prima huis, ruim en schoon, met een grote omheinde tuin, ideaal voor onze twee Friese Stabijs. Leuk parkcentrum, winkel met ruim assortiment, receptie met vriendelijk personeel. Het afhalen bij het restaurant was een teleurstelling. Kortgene is een leuke uitvalsbasis voor tripjes naar Goes, Middelburg en Vlissingen. Het strand bij Kamperland is zeker een aanrader.

Mooi, goed onderhouden park. Mooie omgeving. Helaas waren er bouw werkzaamheden. In het weekend heerlijk rustig, maar op maandag begonnen de werkzaamheden pal achter ons huisje. Het was op zich te doen maar verstoorde toch wel de rust. Het vakantiehuisje was leuk. Ingedeeld. We hadden een huisje geschikt voor huisdieren. Jammer dat het er wat smoezelig uit zag. Banken en stoelen kapot, aanrecht kapot. Dit toont niet echt netjes. Al bij al toch genoten van de vakantie week.

Het huisje zelf was fijn, ruim, schoon en goede bedden. Ook leuk: een welkomstpakketje om zelf Zeeuwse pannenkoeken te bakken. Het park zelf is zoals bijna alle moderne vakantieparken zijn: heel veel huisjes en (sta)caravans heel dicht op elkaar met verder weinig interessants. Afhalen bij het restaurant is zeker geen aanrader.

Die Anmeldung an der Rezeption verlief problemlos , nachdem wir verstanden haben, das es für die villas eine extra Schranke gibt und für Camper eine separate. Das Haus nr 86 haben wir auf Anhieb gefunden. Die Einrichtung des Hauses war gut und die Größe für 6 plus Baby vollkommen ausreichend. Ein Stern Abzug gibt es bei der Sauberkeit. Das Haus war leider nicht gründlich geputzt worden. Unter der Couch haben wir noch Sachen von den Vorbesitzern gefunden. Ebenso benutzte Pads in der Kaffeemaschine, sowie dreckiger nicht ausgeleierter Grill. Die Umgebung ist phantastisch. Der See ist fast vor der Tür, Geschäfte in der Nähe und zahlreiche Beschäftigungsangebote für Kinder. Das Meer ist knapp 10 km entfernt und von einem wunderschönen und vor allem familienfreundlichen Strand umgeben. Trotz Corona war es einer der schönsten Urlaube. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen!
