Newly furnished house, completely ground floor, with large garden, private jetty with platform, swimming ladder and bench on the Veerse Meer, a 2-minute walk away.

The house is regularly occupied by the owner and is therefore comfortable, high-quality and fully furnished.
Very quiet location in a residential area, within walking distance of the marina of Kortgene and the village.
Centrally located in Zeeland, Banjaardstrand (North Sea beach) at 20km, as well as Neeltje Jans, Zierikzee (13km), Goes (8km), Middelburg, Domburg.
Ideal base for cycling, water sports and reach of the North Sea beach.

Alle voorwaarden voor een aangenaam verblijf zijn aanwezig.
Ruimte zowel binnen als buiten zijn aanwezig. Het is zeer goed uitgerust, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig.

Ein tolles Haus an einem sehr entspannten Ort
Das Haus von Martine und Bernard liegt in einem sehr ruhigen gemischten Wohn- und Ferienhausgebiet. Man merkt dort auch in der Hochsaison kaum, dass rundherum in Zeeland jede Menge Trubel herrscht. Der eigene Steg im Verse Meer liegt knapp 100m entfernt. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Ausstattung ist komplett - wir haben nur unsere eigenen Küchenmesser gebraucht, alles andere war vorhanden. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer, zwei davon teilen sich ein Bad und das dritte liegt mit eigenem en-Suite Bad etwas abseits hinter der Küche. Das war für uns sehr praktisch, dort hatte die mitgebrachte Oma ihr eigenes Reich... Ein absolutes Highlight ist der riesige Garten mit großem Esstisch und einer separaten Loungeecke mit Kamin. Martine und Bernard sind sehr gute Gastgeber, sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kommunikativ. Die Übergaben waren absolut problemlos und das Haus war unglaublich sauber. Uns allen hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir wollen versuchen, nochmal in diesem tollen Haus Urlaub zu machen.

Beautiful place to be
The house is really beautiful with high quality interior. We enjoyed our 2 weeks vacation every day. The garden and terrace invite to relax. Totally equipped with everything needed. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We don’t exclude to go there a second time. All in total a perfect place to be!!!
