The house GOLFBLICK is a bright and nicely furnished semi-detached house with 90m² living space (3 bedrooms), which offers enough space for 6 people and invites you to linger.
The interior is high quality, comfortable and consists mainly of natural wood furniture.

The comfortably furnished house is located in a small holiday complex with a large garden plot.
The south-facing terrace of the holiday home overlooks the nearby golf course.

You live only 150 meters from the idyllic Wolgastsee away, away from the hustle and bustle, nestled in unspoilt nature and yet only 3.5 km from Ahlbeck and the seemingly endless sandy beaches - here is the small village Korswandt.

The ground floor is the living room with sofa and LCD TV / stereo, dining area and open kitchen. The kitchen is u. a. equipped with dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and kettle. In addition, the ground floor has a bathroom with shower / WC and a storage room.
The stove in the living area provides in the cool season for warmth.

Upstairs, the house offers three comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed. In one bedroom is another TV available.
Furthermore, the upper floor has a bathroom with bathtub / WC and washing machine.

Nearby there are two restaurants, an ice cream parlor and a snack bar located directly on the Wolgastsee.
The nearest supermarket is 3 km away and is located at the entrance to Seebad Ahlbeck.

 In Korswandt, a quiet village in the hinterland of Usedom, is the spacious resort villas located on the lake. Four semi-detached houses in the size of 85 m2 to 90 m2 invite up to 6 people to spend their holidays there. A holiday with a dog is possible.

A parking space and a lockable bike shed, a fireplace and a climbing frame are available on the premises. Nearby there are two restaurants, an ice cream parlor and a snack bar located directly on the Wolgastsee.

Korswandt, surrounded by beautiful beech forests, invites you to be active as well as to relax. The Wolgastsee offers several recreational opportunities, such as pedal boats, rowboats, fishing, cycling and hiking. The distance to the Baltic Sea beach Ahlbeck is about 3 kilometers. In the seaside resort are also good shopping.

Das Haus liegt schön nah am Wolgastsee. Ein kleiner Spielplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus der könnte jedoch etwas gepflegter sein. Die Küche Ausstattung lässt auch zu wünschen übrig, für 6 Personen viel zu wenig. Generell ist das Haus für 6 Personen sehr knapp, auf der Terasse sitzt man fast im Grill wenn man zu 6 draußen sitzen will - schade!

Ein hübsches Haus für eine Familie
Das Haus war im Grossen und Ganzen sauber und ordentlich. Kleinere Mängel wurden sofort behoben. Die Stühle am Esstisch müssen dringend neu bezogen werden und eine weitere bequeme Sitzgelegenheit im Wohnzimmer wäre nicht schlecht. Die Betten empfanden wir als hart und unbequem. Mein Fazit obwohl es 6 Schlafgelegenheiten vorhanden waren ist das Haus meiner Meinung nach höchstens für 4 Personen geeignet. Es gibt auch einen grossen Esstisch mit 6 Stühlen aber zum bequemen Sitzen und fernsehen gab es nur 4 Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Küche war ausreichend ausgestattet und es gab sogar 3 Kaffeemaschinen...gerade so ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck. Zum wirklichen Kochen für 6 Personen ist die Küche allerdings zu klein. Die Terasse hat ebenfalls 6 Sitzgelegenheiten allerdings ohne Auflagen. Der "Garten" ist leider als solcher nicht zu bewerten da nicht wirklich vorhanden. Man könnte nicht einmal einen Liegestuhl zum Sonnen aufstellen. Das daneben liegende Hotel sorgt des Öfteren für Störungen entweder durch Gäste oder Anlieferungen. Der Baulärm im Nebenhaus hat auch nicht zur Erholung beigetragen. Es gab insgesamt 3 Fernseher was wir als sehr positiv empfunden haben. Auch eine Musikanlage war vorhanden. Die Einrichtung war stimmig und harmonisch und die Bäder ok. Es waren Handtücher vorhanden und die Betten waren bezogen....sehr positiv....Der Parkplatz ist leider nicht dicht am Haus gewesen. Wir würden das Haus nur für 4 Personen empfehlen.

Haus lag in ruhiger Lage mit Wandermöglichkeiten ab dem Haus am Wolgastsee sowie in naher Entfernung (ca. 3km) zu den Kaiserbädern oder poln. Grenze.
