"Absolutely world class and very deserving of the five star! The service from entering the hotel throughout has been absolutely sublime! Unfortunately, I can’t remember the name of the gentleman that welcomed us upon arrival but he was absolutely exceptional incredibly informative and gave us a itinerary of the facilities restaurants areas of the hotel and guided us to our hotel a true credit to the hotel. "

"I like the hotel, the location, facilities and the staff are very good, hence this is the second time we have stayed. However both visits have been made whilst construction works have been ongoing at the site adjacent and this year maintenance works were being carried out at the outdoor swimming pool which ment it was not usable. I would say that the hotel were very understanding when approached about these issues and thus I would have no hesitation in staying again."

"Good property very close to the beach / promenade. Really nice breakfast, expensive but a very large portion. The rooftop Japanese restaurant was delicious but very loud music, a strange combination of restaurant and club vibes. Nice quiet private pool area. Staff mostly very friendly. Room was fine, cleaned twice a day but the air con wasn’t great. Overall a good hotel and I would go back, it’s good value for money, and especially liked the area around the pool. "The half board option was good, some thing were new everything and overall pretty good. Most of the staff were great, however some of the local staff such as those preparing food weren’t the most friendly. The non local staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a room on the ground floor which was ok, nothing amazing however it was sufficient and was reasonably maintained. These looked a bit dated and can do with a refurb. "Absolutely fantastic in every very aspect. Super comfy beds and pillows, very clean, and the food is to die for. The alcoholic drinks are also good. Aziz prepared cocktail’s up to our liking and made recommendations. All staff working there are extremely kind and polite. Nothing is a problem. We truly felt welcome and taken good care of. "Enjoyed our stay here. Some property issues (fridge broken but they replaced it the next month t, air conditioning unit leaking) but the room was nice and the pool very clean. Would have been difficult to get a sun lounger if it had been any fuller. Food on site was better than expected. Bizarrely wouldn’t give us two keys for the room which is odd when there is more than one of you and you might want to go off and do different things!"
