"This place is fantastic. Walkable to old town Chania, grocers and bakery’s super close. Parking was sort of included, only two spots, had to park on street twice but even that was close. Great apartment. Washing machine came in clutch. "

"Overall we enjoyed our stay at Portou House. Our room was on the top floor. There was some hanging space but not a lot of storage other than one drawer. The bed was really comfortable and toiletries and a hairdryer were peovided. The room would benefit from soundproofing as there was a bit of noise from a nearby restaurant, however this did not spoil our stay. The rooms are in a great location. We would definitely return. "

"The owner had over 3 weeks to reach out to me and didn’t until 2 days prior to reservation date. Two weeks later cited the age of my children was the reason for cancelling. My children are 8 and 12. Very inconvenient. Poor business practice. If their age was an issue that should have been posted on the listing."

"We had been to a few Greek islands on a prior cruise and decided to go back and spend some time there. Crete was amazing and Dorothy's Dream was the perfect location. The views were stunning and the property was extremely clean. Zoe and Alex took care of everything. Our transportation from and to the airport were right on time.
