Blaga Rooms
3.0 star property
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (47)
"The location of this property is hard to beat - it is quiet with a beautiful view (right across the street from the sea) and yet only a 5 minutes walk from “old town”. The property is older and somewhat dated but it has everything that you need. Our apartment consisted of 4 rooms: a bedroom with a balcony overlooking the sea, a small but adequate kitchen, a small living area with TV and a bathroom. Our only “wishes” would be a softer bed😊 and a little better shower. Overall, this is a beautiful...

"The photos speak volume. The owner has an attitude that doesn’t sit well with hospitality. To illustrate the kind of personality please refer to the “important house” (see photos) on the wall: full of !!!’s. Up to this moment it still sounds like he’s screaming at the reader: “ all damage will be paid for!!!” So let’s see what kinda damage you could make to this property: The room is covered, wall to wall, by dirty, moldy, recycled carpets, to protect its floor (faux-wood). Even the tv remote...

Park Hotel
3.5 star property
4.4 out of 10, (28)
"We booked a double room with sea view. However, we were given a room in another hotel (Marko Polo) with no views at all. The hotel is very Eastern European style, old and not too comfortable. However that worked for us since we were out most of the day. The only "comfort" issues were that you can't regulate the AC temperature and nowhere to dry your beach towerls and bathing suits. The hotel has a perfect location, close to the city center, by the sea yet protected of all the hustle. The...
