"The property is at the edge of Kalabaka towards Meteora. It is less crowded and easy to park in front of the hotel. It is only a short walk to the commercial area where we find many restaraunt and shops. Hotel staff gave us very refreshing appple juice upon arrival and a great intro of the area. There is a slight road noise as buses to Meteora speed by the hotel."

The hotel was new, beautifully decorated, super clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was wonderful, they had a menu to order off of as well with nice options. "Our experience was delightful. The hotel is truly a boutique hotel with no detail overlooked. Reception was welcoming, and our room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast room adjoined a little courtyard and there was a nice selection of breakfast offerings. Violeta was especially gracious at breakfast and as we checked out…we appreciated her extra attention. Too bad we only spent one night!"

"This might be the nicest overall hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and were so nice to my entire family. The rooms were decorated so nicely and uniquely. The downstairs area was very inviting for my family to play card games at night. The walk into the town, and lots of restaurants and shops, was easy and safe. It’s a wonderful hotel, I’d advise everyone to stay here."

"This was the second time we stayed at this hotel. We choose it as it’s close to the main highway to go to Igoumenitsa ferry port on our way to Corfu. Hotel is very clean, breakfast is included and has many options. My only complaint was the hotel rooms air conditioner was not working and it was very hot outside. "

"Inexpensive hotel right in the heart of Ioannina. The PLUS is they have their own private parking lot— worth the $ right there. Good signage directing you as well. Lady at front desk was so friendly and helpful. Elevator/ lift is very small, so could be a problem if there were lots of people waiting. Nice lighting in room. Windows had a metal pull-down shade as well as curtains— nice blackout for those that like that."

I got the top (3rd?)floor and there's no lift, but the staff will help you. My only negative is I thought I requested my room not to be disturbed but returned with evidence of housekeeping. "Large home suitable for a family. Traditional stone home. Quiet village, 30 seconds walk to the plateia (town square) with a couple of dining options. Great hiking nearby, including a short hike to the nearby village across the gorge (Karites) walking next to a waterfall. This location is great for getting away, it’s very remote (45 minute winding mountain drive to get to nearest other village, 90 minute drive to get to Ioannina). "
