She was under the impression we had received an email stating how we gain access but we never received that email nor any information on how to go about contacting her. "We had a reunion of 5 girlfriends from University. Byron Brae was the perfect venue. It is hard finding a place that accommodates 5 adults without someone sleeping in a bunk or sharing a bed! Byron Brae was the perfect find - 5 double/queen beds, 3 bathrooms and a gorgeous living area. The pool and cabana house were an added bonus. We will be back"

"Perfect size for 12 people. Large lounge and fantastic outdoor deck area and pool. Kitchen could be bigger when catering for so many but was good enough. We had a great time and recommend Villa St Helena."

"Terrible communication from owner, didnt send check in instructions prior to arrival, vrbo team suggested to relocate one hour before check in because of this. Owner dissapear and we didnt know what was going on, at the ned the property was open and we were able to access but no communication at all, very poor for an expensive property"

"The property was outstanding, we couldn’t fault it, the rooms were delightful and living areas spacious and comfortable and the large kitchen with great appliances couldn’t have been better. Many laps in the beautiful pool were had and great conversations held in the spa! "The property was very beautiful. There was one bedroom downstairs which had very bad damp smell so we could not use the bedroom. The pool was unuseable as it was not covered and full of small insects. There was one fry pan which was rusted. So small issues. The contact people Deb and Sarah were very good"

"Beautiful room! Gorgeous views. Last minute booking, and was pleasantly surprised how great it was. Very spacious, the continental breakfast was an added bonus very much well received not having had a chance to stop anywhere after leaving Casino where we left after the truck show. The bed was HEAVEN! Like a cloud! Was gorgeous to sleep in. We're already planning to come back here next yr and come earlier to take advantage of the pool and grounds to explore.
