7 days at the hotel, great staff, service and facilities. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist with any request or inquiry. The service was top-notch, from check-in to check-out. The facilities were well-maintained and clean, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

It is a new hotel with nice friendly staff, however the fridge did not work in my room for all 4 days and there is no food service beyond breakfast. It is not a convenient location as there is limited transport available as well.

Awesome people and hotel
We had an excellent stay over at this hotel. We just had check out from a previous hotel where hygiene was horrible. At Orange Owl Hotel they provide us with an excellent room, they allowed us breakfast and pool before the check in time because we arrive to early. They always were very helpful, kind and nice. We felt really welcomed here. Nice and clean rooms. Good and variable breakfast with several options. A very good pool and chaises longues... very pleasant to stay and swim. Near from the beach (5-10min walk), and street markets and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Staff were at the top, always very nice, specifically Besa at the reception.

Looks good in the pucture. However once there you quickly realise that the place is nothing like the pictures. Its Shabby, dirty, the rooms are old fashioned. The bathroooms are small. No warm water. Toilet seat broken.airconditioning just about works. If you get the breakfast option you WILL be charged for any juices you have! There is NO private beach as stated on there site! To be totally honest if yiur going from the England you Will Be badly disappointed. The premier inns here are like 5 star compared t this place.some of the staff were ok and freindly. Most were rude amd wouodnt make cinvrsation. Its more for people from Ukraine and Russia etc as standards are very low. No lift so you will be carrying your luggage up 2/3/4 flight of stairs.My advice DO NOT BOOK YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.

The first night, they sent us to a different hotel that was even more filthy. Dirty sheets, the drawer had a used cup with coffee in it. The shower flooded because the drainage system was poor. We informed the hotel and requested compensation because we had called beforehand to confirm our booking and they said we were good. All they did was told us sorry. Our stay was terrible. It was the worst. When we got to this hotel, we spent 4 nights and all those times, we did not have any hot water, despite numerous complaints. We asked to speak to the manager on several occasions and they did not allow us to, giving us the run around. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. IT IS OF NO GOOD. It does not operate like a hotel. They told me room cleaning occurs TWICE PER WEEK. This place is not at all what is advertised.
