"Second time here. The staff are really wonderful; welcoming, kind and helpful. I wonder a little around the cleanliness:finding foreign hairs in our bed, but overall it was quite clean. The rooms are unique and funky. The only issue is the noise at night, not something they can do anything about. It’s the price you pay for booking in the old city. Overall I highly recommend this place."

"Host was not very friendly. Started make a big fuss about small stain on towels and wanted 15€ for that. We said a towel doesn’t. Even cost that much. Since then, his behaviour completely changed. The room has some plumbing issue, it puts out all the sewerage gas back to your room. Smells terrible. He also doesn’t give 2 cards for 2 guests, was very inconvenient for us. "

"Check in was great, staff was very helpful as my youngest son keep leaving stuff around the hotel and staff kindly found it each time and put it aside for us. Busra the gentleman on reception very friendly and welcoming and Dilan, young lady working in dinning area was also very friendly and welcoming too.
