Great access to the Bazaar and sites, however the hotel was dirty, including ranched towels. The shower head damaged and leaking. Very poor wifi connection in my room. During my two nights a worker banging away in the next room until midnight. No consideration for the hotel users !

Comfortable service between floors & receptions. Walks around the Mevlana surround the Park. Bench each long streets. Need to all refurbished service as applied.

Manager didn’t care, rolled eyes when asked for anything… no air conditioner control had to ask for it and sounded like freight train. Fridge couldn’t be plugged in, no power point… half a roll of loo paper, no bath mat or hand towel… bedding and room smelled like stale cigarettes… breakfast offering pathetic, no serviettes…

Probably the worst hotel in Konya
The check-in was fine. When I got to the room it was smelling of cigarettes, the hot water tap did not work, generally was dated and dirty. After a while the room was changed. This room had new bedding, but the fridge had not been cleaned was plugged in but not cool, was not functioning. The hotel is dated, the rooms are not cleaned properly and the worst part was they would not supply clean towels, even after requesting 3 times, bedding is not changed every night and the reception does housekeeping too. The breakfast is bread, cucumber and tomatoes with a cay. It's probably just a little worse than a prison. Budget definitely, but am shocked Hotels.com even allow it on their Web-site. I've travelled over a 100 countries and this little gem beats it all!!! On the plus side there was no cockroaches or insects crawling everywhere.

My experience
The stuff is very friendly and helpful, but dont expect too much about the cleanliness.. I say that because there was moisture in the room i stayed and bad smells coming out from the bathroom.. This is my experience. I dont want to be unjust towards them Maybe they will improve later.
