"I hate to do this because I am from Ghana and I want anything Ghanaian to succeed. This was my Easter weekend experience so take it with a grain of salt that this is their busiest time of the year. These are the facts, the parking garage is half completed with limited shuttle rides from the garage to the hotel room. "My stay at Ramat Luxury Hotel was disappointing, and I cannot recommend this hotel to future guests. The road leading to the property is in terrible condition—our driver damaged his suspension and exhaust trying to reach the hotel. The owner and staff paid special attention to every detail and catered to my every need during my stay. The cleanliness overall is impeccable; and the nature, landscaping, and peacocks offered an appeal of luxury and a great deal of serenity. The property has an exclusive touch which made me feel safe and secure. The Haven also accommodated me with things to do in the area. Traveling from America, The Haven gave the best hospitality I've ever experienced. I would refer anyone traveling to this region to book their stay. The Haven totally feels like a Home away from Home. It is a great place to stay during a holiday, get away, or just to reset.
