"We had an amazing time staying at the water tower for two nights! Such a quaint quiet neighborhood. The location was great for us to venture to Belgium one day and up to Cologne on the second. So many details to list - fresh eggs from the chickens who live on the property, a stunning garden and the most pleasant hosts."

"This is an excellent VRBO. The apartment is on the ground floor. It is well stocked with everything one would need. The kitchen has a fancy coffee maker and plenty of plates and utensils. It even has a dishwasher. The bed is comfy. The apartment is outside the city center, but close to an s-bahn stop. The Cologne transit system is easy to navigate and quickly reach any spot in the city. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Wie hatten ein tolles Wochenende, Appartement liegt sehr Zentral direkt an den Weinbergen und im Ortskern. Schön eingerichtet, wenn auch der Mülleimer fehlte, was wohl den gerade abgeschlossenen Renovierungsarbeiten geschuldet ist. Ich würde dort jeder Zeit wieder übernachten. Sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Besitzer. "

Like other apartment locations, you can occasionally hear other residents opening/closing doors and talking, sometimes during the night, but we generally slept well - one of us on sofa and the other up in the loft. Internet was mostly reliable. Would stay there again.."

"We had a fantastic holiday at this lovely accommodation. We had everything we need and the property was nice and clean. It was very handy for any shops we needed. In the immediate vicinity it was very quiet and peaceful and very handy for walks, cycle rides and hiking direct from the house. Visiting Cologne and Bonn was very easy and they are great places to visit. The hosts were very friendly and easy to contact if needed. Would really recommend this to anyone interested in a relaxing...

"This was a lovely comfortable ground floor apartment, the hosts were very nice and helpful. Sadly we found, the location not really ideal for us. The apartment would be very difficult to reach when you have a lot of snow. Also when going to other towns nearby such as Waldbrol, Whiel, Numbrecht, Gummersbach etc it was a bit difficult to navigate without a sat-nav, took the whole fortnight to get used to our surroundings and find our way back home without getting lost, after visiting any of these...

"Mein Mann und ich waren mit unseren beiden Hunden da. Die Ferienwohnung war schön eingerichtet, das Bad war richtig groß und wunder schön. Die Vermieterin war auch sehr nett. Leider hat mir die Kochsituation nicht so zugesagt. Es gab nur 2 mobile Kochplatten, keinen Backofen, keine Mikrowelle und die Spüle hatte keinen wasserhahn. Somit was das spülen und auch kochen wirklich nervig. Aber ansonste haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Für ein paar tage geht das, aber einen längeren Urlaub würde ich...
