"When booking the property, I specifically asked that we (2 guests) are provided an extra bedding as we prefer sleeping warm. We were never provided it, despite multiple follow-ups with the manager (who even promised we would get it). ´ Also, the website indicates regular cleaning and during 1 week stay, the apartment was neither cleaned nor have we received fresh towels, toilet paper etc. We were explained by the manager that regular means once a week. Everything was comfortable, neighborhood was peaceful, and the view from the terrace was amazing. Grocery store just around the corner. The apartment would be very difficult to reach when you have a lot of snow. Also when going to other towns nearby such as Waldbrol, Whiel, Numbrecht, Gummersbach etc it was a bit difficult to navigate without a sat-nav, took the whole fortnight to get used to our surroundings and find our way back home without getting lost, after visiting any of these...
