"We loved our stay. The hotel is very comfortable and the staff is helpful. The pools are amazing (although a bit cold in the low season). The facilities are in great condition. We couldn’t have asked for more from this hotel!"

"The hotel was very nice. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. The beachfront was nice but rocky so bring water shoes. The pool is fantastic. Restaurant offered decent selection and the bar had a good selection too. "

"Outstanding property and service! The breakfast was the best I've had in Greece! The pool is clean and modern and they had free parking. The service was perfect. Highly recommend you stay here for touring Chania and the West Coast of Crete. Not too far from Balos Beach or Chania."

"Great pool and on a nice beach. Hotel lobby great Rooms average. Patio for room had gaps which let people smoke drift in while you were sunbathing which really spoilt relaxing by the pool. Rooms are now well sound proofed either"

"This was our First trip to Crete, this resort was on the quite side, so if you looking to unwind and relax , this is the place. The meals were pretty good and the desserts amazing. The staff were pretty friendly although I find the bar staff at the pool could be a bit more friendlier. "

"While the staff were very friendly the hotel was very limited insofar as amenities. The room was not well prepared with bathroom plumbing requiring emergency repair to render it safe. Even with that repair it was a very ‘rustic’ room with little comfort. The most difficult aspect of the hotel was the 90 stairs that had to be climbed to access the room! This was not for the faint of heart and should be highlighted in the description."

"Pros: the water park on site. 3 swimming Pools with pool side snack bar amd plenty of sun beds. The hotel staff if very kind and service oriented. There is a minimarket onside the hotel. Cons: the food quality is very bad and some none edible. The maintanance level is poor. The swimming Pool is dirty ( pool floor is full of sand). Air conditioning in the common areas almost dosent excist which is a nightmare during thr hot summer days, same for the rooms which some of them only has a partial...

"Stated here many times over the past 20 years. Still brilliant Hosts are more than friendly. They bend over backwards to make the stay as great as possible. The hotel is getting a make over and improvements left right and center. The pool area is terrific."

A full kitchen is available for those wishing to cook as well as a washing machine for washing your clothes. The staff is super nice and respectful of your privacy. "Fantastic location for young families that want to relax by the pool / pebbled beach. Lots of parking, good restaurant on site, and really friendly staff who arranged a baby cot and chair well before we checked in! Only thing is the rooms have a slightly dated decor. "I had torn my achilles tendon just before my stay here so accessibility was an issue to some degree. No rooms had ramps or had ground floor accessibility. Other than that, the staff were great, breakfast was fantastic. Lunch was meh, dinner was really nice at the stone restaurant. My family had rented a car so we were a short 20 min drive into old town Chania which was gorgeous. "

"This was our first time to Greece and we booked sansal based on reviews and how close it was to the ocean. When we arrived the staff were so great and very helpful, they were also very friendly and gave good recommendations where to visit and where to eat. We will be staying here when we come back!"
