"Lovely property with fabulous views. Facilities at the Sheraton were available at an extra charge but the outdoor pool was worth it - plenty of sunbeds and space. The only downside for the property was the WiFi, which kept dropping off."

"Luko hosted us with a big smile to his nice property and gave us all the information we needed. The bus to Old Town is right around the corner and the beach is minutes away. We enjoyed our stay very much. "

"First time to Dubrovnik, and we couldn’t have picked a better location. There were only two of us,, so each had a nice sized room, bed and bathroom, and all had been beautifully updated. The apt. Was accessible from the upper wall of the Ols City, or from the main level of the city. You could hear lively conversations & singing when the windows were open, but was very quiet when closed & sleeping. The only problem was that we couldn’t stay longer!"

"This is a beautiful home with a lot of history. We were a group of 10 and were very comfortable with plenty of room. Only a 15 min walk to Old Town, a swimming spot right across the street ( a lot of stairs). Easy Uber stop two doors up by the bus stop/ flower shop. Eci the house manager was a lovely woman and always available if needed. I would highly recommend signing up for this one!!"

"We had an amazing 10 night stay in this beautiful villa. It has everything that you need, the air conditioning worked great. We sat and had breakfast every morning on the terrace. The supermarket was a couple of minutes walk away and had everything that we needed. The bus top is at the end of the road that takes you into Cavtat and Dubrovnik. "The villa was clan and spacious, and good access to the shops eg Lidl. Cavtat and Dubrovnik are a short taxi journey away (we found Uber better value for money) and the host was attentive but not intrusive and provided information about local places to see when asked. The only observation would be that the pool is probably not suitable for young children as it is too deep but this didn’t effect us sand we enjoyed the stay a lot"

"Place needs work with wholes in walls, needs a good cleaning, do not be fooled in the small print it says you have to pay extra for the master bedroom that is located in the annex however, in my booking it said included the annex and the manager asked for an extra $250 cash a night in order to open up the room. If I was being picky there aren’t enough restaurants within short walking distance although there is a bus stop a short walk away that enables you to get to the old town of Dubrovnik within 30 minutes (€2 each). "Amazing hotel with excellent customer service. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was outstanding, fantastic views from the balcony, a really comfortable bed and spacious room. The breakfast had a great selection. The old town was easy to access through the convenience of the local bus stop outside of the hotel. I would thoroughly recommend staying here. "

"Amazing location -10 mins walk to the old town. Really helpful staff. Breakfast was great except some guests took up sea view windows and sat there on video calls on lap tops… nothing the staff can do I guess, but maybe any future guests reading this may take note… other guests don’t want to hear you on a video call discussing your stock investments every day over breakfast!! Will be back! "

Great stay close to old town

"Really nice stay here. Received a welcome message prior to our stay which was a nice touch. Reception staff friendly on arrival. Good location about 15 minutes walk from the city walls and old town, and 20 minutes to the marina. Rooms spacious and comfy with (very) big bed, although a little dated. Acceptably equipped bathroom (although the step in to the bath/shower could be challenging for some). The hotel bar gets busy in the evening with locals as well as hotel guests as the food is great in there. The breakfast room gets busy in the mornings but always managed to get a table. The food in the breakfast room is acceptable, but not great. "
