The Space:
A technical break is planned from 3 March to 30 March 2025, during which the spa area, gym and children's playroom will be unavailable. We thank you for your understanding and apologise for any inconvenience.
The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people, making it an offer for people traveling as a couple or a group. The carefully designed space of the apartment offers a living room with a kitchenette, bedroom with a triple bunk bed (3 beds 90x200), a balcony and a bathroom with a shower. The decoration of the flat refers to the surrounding coastal climate, large windows in the living room are a big advantage, which additionally enlarge the space and allow additional lighting of the apartment with natural light. The apartment has an exit to the balcony as an ideal place to relax in the fresh air. The equipment of the apartment, the availability of WiFi network and the necessary kitchen and bathroom accessories ensure an unforgettable stay in an excellent place.

The Neighborhood:
The seaside apartment is located on the first floor of a modern apartment building in the Feniks estate in Kołobrzeg. The investment guarantees an enjoyable stay in a place that provides a balance between activity and relaxation. The Podczele district attracts visitors with its beautiful seaside landscape, romantic streets filled with the smell of fresh coffee, the vicinity of many parks and squares, bicycle infrastructure, and all this makes Kołobrzeg a gem and a must-see on the map of Northern Poland. There are many retail and service outlets in the area, and the nearest restaurant can be reached in two minutes! (100 m to the restaurant ''Pizzeria Sorento'', 200 m to the restaurant ''Obiady Domowe''). The Feniks estate is characterized by many amenities, made available to our guests. The estate includes a playroom for children, a playground, a gym, two swimming pools, and a Bbq zone. The indoor pool is open all year round, while the outdoor pool is available to guests during the holiday season (July-August). Guests also have access to a green fenced garden.
NOTE: Use of the swimming pool is included in the apartment price. Pool admission tickets are issued daily from 9.30 am in the security room (cards are in the apartment). After 8.00 p.m. admission to the pool only for guests over 16 years of age. The pools (both indoor and outdoor) are open from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
